ridiculous .... I've made not a little money listing fsbos ... most sellers would never stay on the phone with her this long,especially after they had heard from so many realtors. I do, however, believer "parts" of this script would work "if" she was able to get herself in front of the seller. She's obnoxious. And her closes are so obvious. Very easy in a role playing scenario..NOT the real world.

One month ago I started the 2 on 1 coaching. Yesterday I knocked on a FSBO and and although I haven't mastered this script I was able to get a positive response from the seller. I will keep practicing till I "own" this script. As it is said in the documentary "The Secrete", beleive and have unwavering faith and put your plan to action.

Prospecting does work....was with MFO for years and they have some amazing coaches.

I was there at the one on one retreat when this role play took place, she performed this in front of a huge crowd and still came off totally convincing. You have to internalize the scripts so they become a part of you, then the magic begins to happen. It's not for everybody, as most realtors don't have the discipline to learn the scripts and believe in their abilities. The realtors who do have the ability, yeh...they're huge income earners.

i just turned 18 in may and i am starting class this thursday ive been around agents since i was 9 and can honestly say after hearing about 1000 cold call's in my life from a guy who uses mike's scripts and dose the one on one thing i have never heard someone stay on the line this long, there has to be more power and emotion then just agreeing with someone then rebuttling,

i suppose i will find out if it works for me when that time comes ?

Mike Ferry is the best coach in real estate by far. His techniques and scripts are the most aggressive and realistic in the business. Most of you that say this doesn't work are just weak minded, your too scared of rejection and too scared of objections. Seriously, go back to your old jobs at MCdonalds where I know you do know the scripts (Do you want fries with that?). Anyone who applies these techniques every single day of there career will have tremendous abundance in there finances.

Most low Producing Agents in the Country never called For Sale By Owners and that's why they think this SHIT doesn't work. But, if they just try and use this time tested script once and make a few hundred calls to For Sale By Owners they will discover that this SHIT actually WORKS!!! I have personally used it over and over the last 20+ years and got more than 80% of my Business from it! Try it and you will be pleasantly surprised that this SHIT actually works!!! Honest to God it does!!!

Ya so fake that she was closing 150 deals a year all FSBO and Expired. So definitely make sure you tell everyone you know in RE to never do this unrealistic BS. Seriously tell everyone you know.NOW!

handal and kristo you are right please never use this system. and tell all your agent friends never to use it. I had to make a whole 14 contacts today to set 4 crappy appointments, and only 3 of them will list with me. You are right waste of TIME!
