Check out the Spb Shell 3.0 software and you get the same interface as the HTC Magic but with more features.

the phone looks good and it sits very nice in the palm of your hand...this is because it is very slim and has a rounded back however I think that it still is very early days for the Andriod phone/software and I would not buy one until there is significant improvement.. if you want a sexy looking phone then buy one.. if you want practical uses then buy an iphone..

HTC declared a better phone and decided to release the G2 next year 2010 because the software is hioghly advanced.

This phone is a puppy phone onto releasing to the better phone.

How is it a dissapointment? Some people don't want a big bulky phone that has a physical keyboard on it. I for one did not like the G1 when it came out because it is a "slider" type phone and I don't like slider phones...... this phone however is to me a work of art as far as gadgets go and could possibly be the first touch screen phone I'll sink my money into when it becomes available.  Different strokes for different folks buddy :-)
