  • I taught it was only 1 level

  • Needs a remake, someone needs to do a new version of this.

  • I didn't even know there was "levels" in this game... LOL ! :-D

  • More hardcore than the first game. That had soldiers and dogs - this had battle androids and panthers. HARDCORE!!!

  • @Jermyn78 indeed, this second game was that much tougher :)

  • Great Music !!!

after so many years still gives me the shivers. Sometimes I just listened the music of the CPC-games without playing .... :)

  • I remember playing this when I was 7. Thank you for uploading it.

This game is easily one of my all-time favourites.

  • to find all passwords ytou merely had to use discology. i had founda way to disable timecount, just replacing the numbers with anythingelse

  • @Warrior20000 Indeed. Just looking at the data could reveal a lot of usefull info ;D

  • love the music and I still remember it..

  • game would have been a ragefest if the bike was a Ducati, you would never have got it started

  • @pumpum800 I completely agree! I thought I was the only one who didn't like it until I read your comment. It is so slow and the graphics are flickery and too dark. The music is the only good thing about it!

  • Back in 80s, I used to play this for hours engaging enemies and trying to beat them down. I never thought of just walking through the room as if there is no one in. It's so easy. I feel stupid now :)

  • great

  • this game sucks....but what an amazing tune !!!

  • That music really takes me back. Great tune, although the gfx were a bit bland. As it's flip screen you'd have thought they'd put more detail into the backdrops, possibly used mode 0 instead. Anyway with this game it's more about design and stuff, I can't remember if I ever completed it.

  • I preferred the first one, but this was good too. The enemies seemed more badass. Instead of soldiers and dogs, we have combat robots and panthers!!!

  • EXCELLENT VALUE !! ^^

  • Oh yeah, this tune is awesome :D

  • does anyone remember a game for amstrad 6128 called platoon?

  • Indeed, Platoon has some great music on the amstrad. I may upload it really soon ;)

  • Great gáme back in the day.

  • great game heaps of memorys thanks for shearing

  • 20 Years since I've played that game on my Amstrad CPC!

I remember a classmate owned the Schneider Ver. with a green Screen. I've mocked him for that. ;) Yet another classmate laughed at both of us, because he had an Amiga already! ;D

Anyway, I liked it, which is a bit awkward from todays point of view. It can't be disclaimed that there was no level design at all, but there were three things that lasted in my mind until that day: the moon, the caves and... panthers??? What's wrong with dogs? ;)

  • Thanks for the memories !! I loved that game. I must still have somewhere the map we have done with my father !

Anyway I still know by heart how to get to the motorbike ;)

  • I remember a gaming magazine (PIXEL - Greece) giving out a huge map of saboteur II (made by hand from one of the readers)

    Oh the memories !!!

    nice find! Super music

  • @kafrosUT Teleio !!!!!!

  • @kafrosUT sostoooos

  • Wow, one of my favourite games, lol ^^ The code to the last mission was... SATORI ^^

  • Thank You - "I still had the song in my head!!!!" YEAH.... its true!!!

  • great clip thank you

it take me months for finish this game when i was a child and i see we can do it in 6mn....quickly like saboteur 1...

but i was not able to run the bike

i think there is "missions" to do in the (big) map of this game but me i was just searching the bike :)

  • indeed there are many things to in this game. In mission 1 all you have to do is escape in time. Later missions require you to get upto 14 pieces of paper, kill a number of guards, use the papers to "fix" the missile, disable electic fence .. and escape on the bike in a shorter and shorter time.

The last mission is impossible to do in the short timelimit, i think. Donno if this is a programming/conversion error or the spectrum version is also impossible too.

  • last time i've play this game i was 6 ,now i 'm 30 ! thank you for this good memories.

  • whaou!! that was one of my favorite game when i was a child, and i still have the music in my head, but LOL when i think that i wasn't able to finish the first mission! this map seems so long to me when i was a child ! LOL thank for uploading this !

  • more than 20 years after my last Saboteur Play... I still had the song in my head!!!!

  • I know what you mean it had a great tune! Especially for its time!

  • The game that I played most ever. The music, a 10.

    Thanks for uploading.

  • It's a shame that this game were so terribly slow on our CPCs. The level design is great and the gameplay is quite good.

  • Well, this is the only recording, but back in the 80' i did run most of the missions even tho the last of them are nearly impossible (with the thin time limit).

Note that the playfield dosnt change from level 1 and on .. Its just a very large maze and the "higher" the level you get the more you need to do before escaping on the bike (like pick up tape pieces or turn off the electric fence). I may attempt to do a last level run and record it but cant garantee im still up to it ;)

  • Never saw the amstrad version.

    Well played, thanks for uploading.

Have you a run from the later levels too ?
