This was the last form i learned, about a month ago, and only got a chance to practice it once, before i quit Tang Soo Do, about two weeks ago... it was a nice run, almost 9 years, 6 months from my third dan, and for some reason this form means a lot to me, kinda symbolizes that i can't master everything i guess...
Your welcome thanks for checking it out. The kata/ hyung is "Rohai" or some teachers call it "Lohai" from Tang Soo Do perspective. My understanding is that it is "Vision of the Heron or Vision of the Crane" due to its one legged stances with korean arts it is often taught in the Black Belt or above level but as with many kata and systems there are many variations.
