Exactly. These juicers drive me crazy. Do they really think we were meant to only drink the juice of a fruit or vegetable and throw away the fiber and other nutrients? Its like injecting yourself with sugar. So retarded.
I think there is fiber in green juice, even if it is nominal. Fiber is not nutritive and your body will only waste so much energy on it to break it down when it might use more energy to break down and absorb nutrients. Fiber is very beneficial and I'm not convinced that avoiding fiber is necessarily more beneficial than purely juicing.

Both are gr8! Sometimes you feel like having a lighter meal then you have a juice but sometimes you want something heavier than do a smoothie!
