Who plays the drums?

I'm a drummer also, but I don't have the recording equipment (or space) necessary to record my drum parts, so I write them into a program shot by shot by shot exactly as I would play them. This includes volume adjustments on each shot as well so it doesn't appear as if a computer is playing them. Takes a while, but it's a great alternative when recording the drums live just isn't an option.
