He is obviously using the original PSP console.. And he took out the sound so you don't realise it's coming directly from the PSP..

I totally agree. This links to a very old source release of this primitive emulator. Nothing has been changed or fixed up, this is totally bogus. I myself have only had little luck with the "Jpcsp" emulator.
