Personally myself I reckon they will improve the graphics and add a new feature (co-op would be great but is hard to explain)also there will probably be alot more plasmids since there arent many in the original.

Does anybody know that this song is acually IN Bioshock. Its hard to notice because its only on violin, but when you go into the lighthouse at the begining of the game, walk down to the bathashere (don't hit the switch) and lisen to the violin music being played. ITS "BEYOND THE SEA"!!! I figured this by a total fluke, but no one seems to have videos about it. I think its an easter egg.

all you need to really know is that its 1960 and your plane crashes in the middle of the atlantic ocean. You somehow survive and see a lighthouse so you decide to take shelter there and its actually an entrance way into an underwater city (rapture) via a mini sub. Throughout the game you run around trying to help atlas find his family.

There apparently was a power struggle between Ryan, and a businessman/smuggler Frank Fontaine. Tensions flare on New Years Eve, and riots break out, each side making their claims for the City. And while the city remained under Ryan's control, the citizens splice themselves up and hoard ADAM, a type of stem cell harvestable from a sea slug. Everything descends into chaos, as the splicing drives many people insane. Many are killed. And the city degenerated.

We meet a Dr. Bridgette Tenenbaum, a German geneticist who cares deeply for the Little Sisters who roam Rapture. When the player character finally reaches Neptune's Bounty and Atlas' family, Ryan blows the Bathysphere, enraging Atlas, who spurs the player on to take down Andrew Ryan.

When finally confronted, Ryan reveals that Atlas has been commanding the player like a puppeteer with the phrase "Would you kindly?" He also reveals that all of his memories before Rapture were fabricated, and that he is Ryan's own son, taken from him by Dr. Tenenbaum and Fontaine. His plane didn't even crash, the player actually hijacked and forced it down. Ryan then commands the player to kill him, which the player must obey.

Atlas then reveals one final secret, as control of Rapture is turned over to him, he reveals that he IS Frank Fontaine. As he sends splicers to kill the player, Little Sisters appear and guide the player to safety. You then wake up in the care of Dr. Tenenbaum, where she keeps her Little Sisters. She has removed some of Fontaine's mental conditioning, but to truly remove Fontaine's influence he must find some sort of antidote to Fontaine's Mind control.

Once this is accomplished, Tenenbaum has the player go after Fontaine, who escapes from the player. The player must now dress like a big daddy to have a Little Sister guide him to Fontaine. Panicking, Fontaine starts to use up his vast hoards of ADAM, spicing so many of his genes that he becomes unrecognizable as a human being. He is killed when many little sisters attack him and drain him with their needles. Now, we have two possible endings.

ENDING #1: If the player "harvests" the ADAM from a Little Sister (Killing her) We are treated to a cinematic in which Tenenbaum explains with sadness that you harvested the Little Sisters who helped you take down Fontaine. Afterward, you take control of Rapture, and its population of Splicers. You then have them ambush a Nuclear Attack Submarine that is investigating the plane crash. You now have Nuclear capability.

ENDING #2: If you choose to "rescue" all Little Sisters you encounter, we see a cinematic showing you bringing the Little sisters who helped you with Fontaine to the surface in a bathysphere.
