Stop arguing guys, @Scorpionskiko made the best comment so far. All artists in Rock/Metal Music Scene are brothers cause they have the same target. Bon Jovi started their career by supporting/opening in concerts for Scorpions, you should respect that this band respect yours and not to argue. Both are amazing bands and I love both of them, so please show some respect to them instead of fighting without sense!

If you look at their body of work 72-2011 , they are obviously the best hard rock/metal band ever. Zeppelin ? No. Metallica ? Nope. Aerosmith ? uhh, close but no cigar. Even 5 years ago it wouldn't be true.But If you look at the Humanity Hour 1 album with both songs Humanity and Hour 1, not to mention Love is war, 321 ect. Its a masterpiece. Then the throwback Sting in the tail album . And they are stil AMAZING live ! Face it folks, they are the best !

Thirdly, you can drop all the statistics you want about the scorpions, it does not change the fact that Bon Jovi have a higher degree of musical skill. I don't have a problem with the scorpions, but you would have to be musically ignorant to think the scorpions are better musicians. As a musician myself or most any other real musicians will tell you, The Scorpions have always had great guitar players from Michael Schenker, to Uli Roth to Jabs whom even Richie Sambora called a guitar hero. And Klaus Meine is a legend as a singer. Bon Jovi may have been more popular because of image but lets not get carried away and call them better musicians.

Scorpions are huge in Europe and Russia, etc. but not in the States anymore cuz of their managment not giving a shit enuf to promote them here properly. Discrimination at it's worst!! So now next year will be their final tour here and they won't be able to get the numbers they do overseas. For instance, they just played to over 20,000 in Lebanon of all places!! Here? Hopefully they will get 10,000 per show! Pathetic!

@believer2005 Well keep in mind that not as many people go to concerts here as they used to. Scorpions played the same venue in Denver (1stBank Center) that Katy Perry, Bruno Mars and Kesha did, and they sold almost as many tickets. Hardly anyone besides Bon Jovi in the hard rock world is doing 20,000 a night. Def Leppard might get that once in a while but they're usually in the 10-15 range. Everyone else is lucky to even be playing arenas at all.

if you read the comment of believer, you have to consider, it comes from the possibly biggest Matthias Jabs fan in the world. Btw. in Rudolf Schenker's book (rock your life) you can read, in the beginning Bon Jovi was so bad on stage, the fans nearly booed them off stage. In an interview Matthias Jabs said, Bon Jovi was anxious but they didn't know how to do it. That's why they had to watch the Scorpions concert in order to learn how to do it.
