Snowlinux? There is this quite "infamous" person called Lars Torben K. who has made plenty of embarrassing postings in German Debian and Ubuntu forums announcing his "great new distro" and got himself a reputation of a kind of distro crank. If this is indeed his distro, then I'm quite surprised that it actually works and that you have found it.
