Plz read constitutions from 1987 and from 1990 to get a knowlage before u want to tell smth about these times and Najibullah's steps in his politics. And noitce too that from 1989 to 1992 there were many battles between afghan army & antigoverment guerrilas called mujahedins were Najibullah gov still wasthe only winner. IT takes 3 years to end of Najibullahs goverment and he gave his power without and shooting, in peace. He didn't wanted brothers fight between Afghans, he wanted unity for them

Dr. Najib was a very well educated person, that's why I respect him although he was a communist and watan froosh too. When the Soviet regime started getting weak in the entire eastern world in 1999, najib did not have any option to call the leaders of mujahideen to join his leadership. He knew that his government was gonna be ended soon which did come to an end.

Then u will see that his politicS of national unity started when he came to power - when Russian troops were still in Afghanistan and was continued after they gone away from Afghan land.

Daud Khan, before the empowerment of Taraki, was strugling to save Afghanistan from the Occupation, that's why he was killed together with his entire family. Then Taraki was put on power. That was the begining of the disastrous life for Afghans

Hah your next bullshit:) Look at statistics man from 1977 and u will see that Daud was fully dependet from CCCP help. CCCP had intrested with neutral Afghanistan not to make some occupation or even some socialists/communists friendly goverment in ancient country. They wanted only NEUTRAL Afghanistan and had it! IT was US which wanted to make Afghanistan pro-yankees. Being neutral made hugest profits for Afghanistan and Daud knew it too from time when he was prime minister.

I am a political science major and it is a petty that you are still siding Russians arguing that it was Taraki who asked Russians to occupy the country. Before you speak about the history, just read Taraki's biography. He was nothing more than an ignorant person, who was given power by the Russians. .

What are you talking about man? i think that u should start to read history beter. Taraki wanted military help from CCCP after Herat's uprising, he asked about it over 12 times but he didn't get it cause Russians knew that when they put to Afghanistan they forces then propaganda of some ati-goverment mullahs and criminals will grown up. Taraki got only military stuff from CCCP like tanks, choppers etc. What is wrong to give help to friendly country which fighting with citizens of its land??
