Matt is a ruler and dope ass style!!That mini ramp footage was always one of my favorites!!We watched this video(along with other obvious ones)every day before we went out sk8'n..PUMPED us up so much!!!
There was a time when you and all your high school sk8 friends would watch this video b4 hitting the streets like a pack of wild dogs. It was a hot summer day. Before you got a real job. Before you got your heart broke for the 1st time. Before 9/11. Long live the golden summer sk8 days!
God this video makes me wanna skate more than a mike mo part. The entire video is just having fun skating instead of all the "get sponsored" hype. Gotta love it.
This is the guy who inspired us all when we were kids back in the day, this is pretty much when streetskatin' started 2 get real fun for us, I love this part, it's a major part of my childhood and love 4 skateboarding, Hensley ruled da game back then, can't get enough of the 540 ollie in the miniramp!
if im not mistaken, Matt Hensley had the highest ollies ever recorded.. at least at that point in time.. i remember some still shots of him getting some ludicrous air..

@Aktodd95 you have to understand the context of the video, if it wasn't for people like matt hensley, skating as it is now wouln't exist, and for all the technical ability of most of the modern era pros, they will never ever come close to pushing skateboarding forward the same way as the pioneers of street skating in the late 80s and early 90s.
It may look dated to you but guys like this turned the idea of what was possible on a skateboard on its head.
