It is absolutely untrue that "this age group can't do it." My mom is 77 years old and can still even jitterbug young people into the ground. It's not age but level of health and background and - love of dancing!

True the hip action would not be wise for some seniors. Those with hip issues could be taught how to modify. I would imagine that Zumba Gold teachers show alternatives to various steps. Nice dancing. I am planning to teach soon. Thanks for your skill and inspiration!

Hey mamboquenn..........yes they can and do do the hips..I teach a 73 year old whos hips are like liquid.

this looks more like a rumba dance routine/performance than a zumba gold fitness class. Lose the hip action. This age group can't do it.
