You see, for me, that's way too much. I have to have a firmer bed because I have back problems and a special pillow. My mattress is a simple old spring mattress with a egg crate pad under the sheet, soft jersey or cotton sheets. I use an old worn blanket, a stiff fleece like blanket, and a comforter for blankets. I have 3 pillows, two are flat and the third is a memory foam for my neck. It works JUST fine.
Personally, all they are adding is too much. Most of my crap is old. And it still works.

@Verrie77 I respect your opinion but I am American and this video is not a good representation of a typical american life style, i can assure you that. I dont know one person who honestly does this. You might see this in a 4 or 5 star hotel but not a typical american bed. I sleep with a sheet to cover the mattress, a comforter and 2 pillows, thats it.
Wow. Information that will change the world. If things like this are what people concentrate on, I feel very sorry for them. Seriously, this woman put more thought into her bedding than is normal. How sad that people tune in to senseless wastes of time and money like this. For the record, I thought perhaps the title was going to lead to a video on how to stay cool on hot nights.
i have a bed but i perfer to sleep on the ground much better
