Something very different alright!!! 1976 when I first seen the movie of the same title in the Philippines--and I almost died laughing at the theaters--and so was everyone else; only Young Frankenstein, with the Gene Hackman scene surpassed the laughter that I envoked--had to leave the theater because I couldn't stop laughing even when the scene was over; and back to the clip; what made it more funny was that we were able to relate scenes to our own experiences, fueling the laughter even more.
Im not 100% sure of this- but if anybody has seen 'Follow that Bird!', which was a surprisingly great old 1980s movie about Sesame Street., theres a scene with a big parade going on during a chase scene- and I think they are playing THIS. O.O If that is the case, epic wins for everyone.
@MrSnailman1990 no, that's one of their movies, but Flying Circus was the show. If this is a reply to someone ELSE'S stupidity, than herp derp to me...herp derp indeed...
Being a born smart-alec, I'm SOOO tempted to say something clever, but I'll give a straight answer: Yes. Yes, they're all from Monty Python's Flying Circus ;)
I think its on of the best sketch to ever come out of the UK. Its the father of all sketch. Anyone who can watch monty python and not laugh once is dead inside. RIP Graham Chapman
Our high school marching band almost did this two years ago for a competition as the required march piece, but unfortunately we ended up doing a military march, the name of which escapes me.
good question. the full song i used was played by a different band than the ones who played the Monty Python theme song so no farts were added. if anything, i could have added the fart myself but it never came to mind actually. maybe next time :)
"Liberty Bell" is very patriotic, glad you made this music montage. The Monty Python theme is based on it but only a minute or so long... and there is a fart at the end. =)
Y' know I started doing a similar video of this but I stopped because I was very limited I'm glas somebody did a proper tribute. Love Liberty bell to pieces after I watch this show.

Where did you get this version of "The Liberty Bell March"?
Finnishbastard 2 years ago 3
the main song you mean? its the monty phyton theme song
augustuen 2 years ago
@augustuen It did not come from Python. It's an old John Philip Sousa march called The Liberty Bell March. Python just used it.

This theme will never grow old. I can imagine in 75 years this will be considered a classic peace of the mid-late 20th century.

You mean late 19th century surely? It was written in 1893.
