Other than that, the sound/style, mood, and aesthetics are completely different. Eww hootie and the blowfish?? 90's butt rock. I love the Rentals though, good band.

I saw The Dears twice, in Brooklyn and again in Manhattan last weekend. Definitely one of the best bands i've seen live. Their energy is just contagious, and they are really good to their fans. You can tell that they love doing what they do.

This isnt from my most favorite album of their's, No Cities Left. That album was fantastic, possibly my most favorite album of all time. I bet this is great too, I havent had the chance to get it yet though.
