I really don't understand why cigarettes are legal. It is highly addictive and there are millions of people that are on this journey with you.

I agree why are they legal? I've read that Nicotene is more addictive than Heroin and Cocaine...All I know is that I felt like straight up crackhead those first 3 days w/o the smokes!! LOL Still going strong! THanks for watching :-)

I know it is hard, I tried to quit 2 times, I couldn't make it through 1 day. I felt jittery & anxious.

I woke up one day & told myself this is it, I quit cold turkey & it's been 6 yrs. Every now & then I think about them, & how I would like to have one, especially if I smell my brand, but I will never smoke again. I kept my last pack & wrote the date on them. They have been sitting there for 6 yrs. Girl, it can be done!!

Girl- I am so proud of you! Im a smoker so I know how hard this is. I really want to stop so Im going to watch you for motivation:-) Thanks so much for sharing your journey! This might add some levity to your week.  You were the 2nd place winner in my contest!
