I'm pretty picky about my corn. I always get the fresh corn in the fall and then freeze it, but it takes so much time. I'm always looking for other ideas. I'll try this out.
It is honestly really pretty quick, just a couple of minutes. No, they don't get soggy at all. Each little kernel absorbs what it needs and then it's done and you just drain off the water, I think it is pretty similar to frozen corn in appearance and taste at that point. I am super happy with this product that way, it really rehydrates up nice.
I've always been a stickler about eating frozen corn. I don't like the canned kind... but this sound different than the usual canned corn. I'm anxious to try...
