I remember watching this back in 1995 and thinking how nervous Olivia sounds....?? Have seen her perform live several times recently in the States without any sign of nerves, so I guess it's just the British audiences that she has a problem with...? :o/ I know in the 1970's, the UK critics used to maul her, so maybe that has put her off!!?? Still love her to bits though :o)

What's great about Australian pop/rock artists is that they stick together.

The Californian rockers (Eagles, Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt, et al) did the same.

And of course the R&B folks from Motwon did the same.

But younger American singers are just awful to each other. Their role models were tantrum throwing "divas" like Whitney Houston & Mariah Carey & Madonna, rappers and boring rockers. The only one that seems to get along with people is Sheryl Crow.
