It's weird but highely unlikely to be real. The guys doesn't seem too scared and he's sniggers twice as if to imply that this mate is actually quite funny. Probably a guy in a ape suit. When he pans to the window, he quickly jumps on the seat and then jumps out when he pans back. Notice the delays from going to seat to window. Very slow as if he's giving his friend time.
