why is when people make these amature instructional videos, it has to be so long winded and they drone on. Personally im not bothered if there is a part one its probably half an hour about what an elderberry looks like. I have to say well done for the effort put in but doesnt have to be so long. if you cut out the eeerrr and ummmms it would help, dont make it up as you go along have a plan edit it. these documentrys would be of great help then

Tried to start this but found that British measurements differ from US which is a bit bizarre. The booked I checked says 1gallon in the UK is 4.546 litres but in the US its 3.785 litres?? Im really confused now. :(
