@gigagodzilla4844444 the game is called "Godzilla Kaiju Daikessen" or something like that, it was only released in Japan and therefore can only be played on the Nintendo Super Famicom(the Super nintendo for Japan) It was going to be released in America but mysteriously it didn't end up getting released here(check the Angry Video Game Nerds video on the matter)

If so, that's the work of Toho studios' legendary music maestro, Akira Ifukube, and this particular theme was used in many of the 60's and 70's era Godzilla films. if memory serves me right, it also was used in Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah 1991, and some of the other "Heisei" era remakes of the 90's. What a musician this guy was!
