I agree this is better than Brilliant Legacy. Both actor and actress performed their roles really well and they really look to be in love. This is definitely the best drama of the year. I've seen it many times and never get bored of it. Thanks for all your hard work. You are the best.

I almost dropped this drama in the early episodes but I'm glad I didn't. The story starts getting so much better from episode 4 onward. I love the relationship of the leading couple, despite all the ups and downs they maintain one of the most virtue or relationship: Trust, and that's what help them overcome everything. I love it!

i attest to that, this drama "City Hall" was amazingly done by its artists! i've been into korean dramas and movies and this is one of my highly recommended..a must see show! you will be in love again even if u are below 20 or more than 40's, and every episode is exciting to see....saranghe!

This is the best drama of 2009. I highly recommend it to everyone as well. I don't understand the Korea rating. I can't understand why a master piece like this only has a rating of <20% but SI or Brillant Legancy has close to 40%. Even though they both targeting to different sectors and one showed on week day and one showed on weekend. But still. Anyway, this is a great show and both leads did a wonderful job (almost perfect). Also great OST too.

why didn;t korean like it? Brillant legancy is ok as general drama but the city hall had wonder content and deeper content let audiencs to think about it.

I really love the show and both actor and actress. they are so professional actors.

@tcu2010810 Actually about 20% ratings was considered above average / not bad in Korean dramas. I've always felt that tastes of our asian viewers were normally slightly different as compared to korean bunch. Take for instance, my princess; in asia its definitely much better in viewership than sign as in Korea!!
