At the end, when Clue realizes he has the wrong disc and he looks down at Kevin and says, "Why?" And, Kevin answers, "He's my son."

I thought Clu was going to say, "So am I." Because, he is Kevin's creation. And, at that moment it seemed like he just couldn't understand why Kevin turned his back on him. Even though he did everything he wanted him to, why did he still not accept him.

@SkyCE9A But you have to understand that CLU had no idea what "compassion" was and that was the reason why he was bent on global domination. He had no idea what is was like to have a son or what a son was for that matter, so for him to automatically understand what a son was is absurd. He didn't care for the humans whatsoever. Kevin was willing to save his son to destroy the system CLU created, because Flynn, when he created CLU, didn't know what perfection was, as he explained at the end.
