  • OMG... I'm going to have to save all ur videos and edit them myself bcoz this is way too long, I have ADD+ADHD and I can't handle the length of you or anyone talking--sorry!

  • A comment I have...I know that males can become "over-sexed" and want to ejaculate too often, but on the other hand, great orgasms and ejaculation for a male is a critical relaxing therapeutic wonder, I know for myself that if I don't ejaculate for 3 days or so, I feel tense and more stressed by the 4th day and can't go any longer. How often do you propose a male should ejaculate? Wouldn't not ejaculating very often as you get older be a risk for prostate problems?

  • @JMathewsMan I cover this in the rest of the series.

  • i've heard that testosterone is what causes the appearance of "aging"...

  • @Gino777 It's the exact opposite, wrinkles, saggy skin, low libido, low bone density, diminished muscle tone and a lack of drive for life are all signs of low testosterone.

  • thus cannot enter the cells.

The prostate is clearly involved in ejaculation and HIGH Free T levels may not be so good for you as well!!

When not in a state of sexual excitement, a normal male's prostate will make about 1-4/10th of a teaspoon of prostatic fluid a day. This ordinarily drains into the urinary tract and gets excreted. During periods of sexual arousal = 4 to 10 times as much fluid — far too much, to pass into the urine quickly. failing to have an orgasm causes congestion.

  • ... of the study, Demark-Wahnefried and her colleagues at the Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center found nearly a two-fold increase in the risk of prostate cancer among men with high "free" testosterone levels, the form of testosterone that can readily be used by cells throughout the body. While the link between testosterone and prostate cancer has been made before, previous studies have measured "total" testosterone, a less active form of the hormone that is bound to specific protein and ...

  • The function of the prostate is to secrete a slightly alkaline fluid, milky or white in appearance, that usually constitutes 20–30% of the volume of the semen along with spermatozoa and seminal vesicle fluid.

A two-year, blinded, case-controlled study compared a group of 159 men with prostate cancer to a control group of 156 men who had come to the urology clinic for prostate screenings and other concerns such as kidney stones. Subjects were aged 50 to 70 years.

    In the first phase ...

  • Hi Zak, There have been many other stduies apart from the Australian study that say that ejaculation is protective, of course arousal has to come before ejaculation, my meaning is why follow an outdated system of chinese philosophy that's passed it's sell by date? I mean would you advise others to ingest mercury? This is what was written in the ancient texts also, they wrote about many weird things that I won't discuss here but definately is fantasy/lies at worst, would you use TaiChi or a gun?

  • @67Elixir Can you please use the reply button the posts follow the right order of responses. Just because a system is old does not mean it's passed it's due date. There are many gems in old traditiona and of course there are some practices that need to be dropped. I also never suggested there were ONLY the Australian studies. Again all studies on prostate health are comparing active ejaculation to complete celibacy, never active sexual arousal WITH the proper techniques for recirculating the...

  • @67Elixir ...sexual energy. Can you post or send me a link to this two year study please?

As for the tai-chi vs. gun comment, that just demonstrates a complete lack of respect and understanding for traditional arts. If you had proper training in tai chi (for self defence, not health) it would have a completely different application then a gun. A gun is a long range weapon. If you're in a room with someone who begins drawing a gun on you and you're properly trained, you can get in their face...

  • @SecretsOfLongevity SecretsOfLongevity Yes there are gems but we live in the modern world and need proof and need to question as I am doing now people who say this is good for health for example with a biased opinion and no real proof, or in the case of high free T conflicting proof either way, DHT is NOT good for you i.e. male pattern baldness and prostate cancer to name 2, I don't care what DHT may do or what positives it may have, Cancer is serious and baldness is a drag as well.

  • @67Elixir DHT is a powerful hormone for male health: mikemahler .c om/articles/Dihydrotestosterone .h tml

Baldness is easy to deal with through other lifestyle practices, it's not a health risk and prostate cancer as I posted already can be TREATED with DHT as has been shown by French endocrinologist Bruno de Lignieres. There are other factors at work in prostate issues. Do fat balding men REALLY look like they have too much testosterone coursing through their bodies? No, of course they don't.

  • Fat balding men seem to have too much Estrogen, and yet when prostate cancer patients go through the alternatives route many adopt soya milk, tofu, papaya - all estrogenic, once the cancer is there then estrogen or at least lowering T production is important as T fuels prostate cell growth.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity I have to look at your baldness videos! But isn't He Shou Wu used to treat Baldness and it does this by stopping the T to DHT convertion, and that stuff made me horny as hell,I ended up leaking more than I wished for, lol.

Balancing of sex hormones seems to be the way to go but how does one do this without taking tests, re-adjusting diet, taking herbs and re-testing to get the right balance? I suppose a visit to an endocrinologist?

  • @67Elixir He Shou Wu helps with baldness but more because of the minerals it contains and how it purifies the blood. I've never read about it influencing hormones too much. It's very high in zinc which will ramp up your libido.

If you're not actually sick it's fine to use an intuitive approach on how good you feel and maybe get a complete hormone panel once a year to check in on things. You don't need to see an endocrinologist unless you are referred by a Dr. generally.

  • Yes, in a way - but a respect more for reality and truth and not be blinded by tradition for tradition sake. By the way I have training in China with masters and Grandmasters of Taiji, Cai Song Fang in Shanghai and Nan Pei Shang in Beijing and many others. So I talk from experience and not just some vague idea, if YOU knew anything about real conflict then you would know that even if you are trained you would bet against a man with a gun, keep the attacker away with left hand draw and shoot.

  • @67Elixir I've trained in Jiulong Baguazhang for several years at the toronto study group and attended several workshops with Shifu Painter. The Li family system of internal arts is one of the few left in the world with real world combat applications and even has the pistol as one of it's traditional weapons. Defending against someone with a hand gun or knife was something we focused on as it's a more likely scenario then defending against someone with a broad sword for instance :p

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Duke University Medical Center researchers found preliminary evidence suggesting a man's lifetime risk of prostate cancer may be linked to the amount of male hormone testosterone circulating in his body as early as puberty or even in utero.

Demark-Wahnefried's research set out to measure the link between prostate cancer and factors such as height, weight, musculature and baldness - all of which are related to hormones.

  • @67Elixir Baldness is most strongly affected by insulin as I outline in my reversing or slowing down balding video. DHT has not been conclusively connected with balding, nor is everyone with high DHT levels going to experience balding. High insulin levels are also more strongly associated with weight then testosterone and high insulin means higher blood glucose and increased cancer risk. This study shows correlation NOT causation. All it does is bring up a potential hypothesis for exploration.

  • @67Elixir ...and disarm them before they have a chance to fire. The point about prostatic fluid still doesn't take into account that arousal is different from ejaculation and again different from celibacy. If you have 1-2 hours of non-ejaculatory sex, you're going to be producing and releasing plenty of prostatic fluid without ejaculating.

Free testosterone is protective against way more diseases than prostate cancer. And as I said before free-testosterone does increase DHT which is...

  • @SecretsOfLongevity So in the session or after of non ejaculatory sex, where does the prostatic fluid go to? It builds up in the prostate and ... pray tell me, where does it go?

  • @67Elixir As I said this can come out with what's known as precum (yes I know that that's made in the cowpers glands) over the course of prolonged sexual stimulation and it's also reabsorbed.

  • So a 'properly' trained Taiji person would bridge the gap to me, twirl past my left arm and disarm me before I had a chance to just fire, ok. I think with respect you've seen to many Hong Kong movies, even my masters who have trained for 50yrs would never say this, you're dreaming mate, or maybe just joking, there is something called reality and this is where I am coming from, I used to beleive in the stuff you are talking abouy as well, but most of it is BS, beleive me!

  • @67Elixir If you had a gun holstered and they were within several feet of you AND properly trained, if they saw you beginning to draw of course they could bridge the gap. This is bagua and against a baseball bat, but this gives you an idea of the speed and accuracy of the movements that have to take place in order to achieve that purpose: /watch?NR=1&v=U5Ho3pftYqM

If someone is good with a gun and is 20 feet from you, of course you're not going to make it up to them in time.

  • @67Elixir ...possibly connected with these problems. Prostate issues are easily prevented with good diet and other lifestyle factors. Telling people it's all dependant on ejaculation frequency is unfounded and IMO a false hope.

  • Zak, I know where you are comming from BUT try to look at proof about what you are teaching others, ancient ideas could be so reduntant, outdated and plain lies, ejaculation helps avoid prostate cancer from scientific studies, most not all that is.

Increased T (testesterone levels) are connected to increased prostate cancer risks, so the chinese nacients or what you have been taught could be wrong, dangerously wrong.

  • @67Elixir I always look at proof before I teach others. The Australian studies on prostate health do not control the factors of what's occurring. People read a study and don't think of what controls could be lacking. We have no idea if the sexual arousal once a day, the ejaculation itself once a day or the orgasm once a day is creating the healthy benefits for the prostate. We know that all three of those things are separate events. They can all be experienced without the others too...

  • @67Elixir ...If you with-hold ejaculating but still engage in sex and also self-pleasure you can still have orgasms and arousal (which brings blood to the postate which helps remove stagnant blood and dead cells which can contribute to prostate problems) and the production of pre cum which washes out the vas deferens. The ejaculate itself comes from the testicles (sperm) and the seminal vesicles (fluid which mixes with the sperm), not the prostate.

Prostate cancer is also one of the easiest...

  • @67Elixir ...to prevent. Don't eat processed foods, eat plenty of organic antioxidant rich foods, do kegels regularly and keep your free testosterone levels high (while not letting DHT get out of control). It should be noted that high FREE testosterone levels are also preventative to CVD, 99% of cancers, diabetes, Alzheimer's and just about every other chronic disease. Also, DHT as a supplement has been used successfully to reduce prostate problem symptoms in research from France.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity Do you have any sources of proof about your High Free T statements that prevents 99% of cancers, diabetes, CVD? Any proof also that not ejaculating whilst being aroused for an hour or two doesn't congest the prostate, cause western thought would say otherwise, unless you have proof of course or are these just beliefs? This is what I mean, proof!! And then you'll be taken seriously.

  • @67Elixir Eliminate spaces:

    livescience .c om/972-men-testosterone-die .h tml

Read the 2nd paragraph after the 2nd headline:

    medicinenet .c om/script/main/art .a sp?articlekey=51013

Any search on the estrogen (mostly estradiol) and cancer link will show clearly that virtually all cancers are hormonally driven by estrogen.

And as I said, prostate cancer is no longer conclusively said to be caused by androgens:

  • well oysters build sperm count libdo & a very high testosterone level which carries zinc. i eat it everyday & its working incredible. but sex is important and releases more toxins and bad cholesterol , sometimes i feel if a male has sex and ejackulates , if he looses a lot of testosterone., it worries body builders. maybe you can cheer people up and tell them not to worry about it so much. they think they will not get big muscles.lol

  • @MrNibiru10 Oysters are great, I was not putting oysters down, merely givving and alternative for those that don't eat meat. There's plenty of ways to detox and "bad cholesterol" is a myth. LDL is needed by the body, it is the small dense LDL particles that are caused from refined carbohydrate consumption that cause problems. These are not released in ejaculate. Ejaculation does lower testosterone, why would I lie about that?

  • Zack, how much is the recommended daily dose of iodine? How much teaspoons of kelp powder would i need to get that quantity of iodine?

I take a teaspoon of kelp daily and i don't know if it's so much, too little or a right dose.

    Thanks.

  • @rkowwe14 That provides 4mg of iodine and the average male needs about 5. If you eat a wide variety of foods you get the extra 1 mg in those other things.

  • @SecretsOfLongevity But the excess is excreted in urine, isn't it? I read that doctor who sells Lugol's iodine product, and he told that we need 13 mg? Weird.

I'll thake that teaspoon of kelp, anyway.

    Thanks =D

  • @rkowwe14 Iodine is a mineral that can become toxic in excess if isolated but I don't know about whole food sources of it. 13 mg might be good for set periods of time such as during nuclear fallout... which seems to be all the time now :/

  • @SecretsOfLongevity I'm taking it as a source of iodine and also because i want to excrete fluoride, chloride and all those sustances that can cause thyroid problems. I don't know if i have hypothyroidism, but due to being unconscious about my low iodine intake during my whole life and because i've ingested a lot of F, CL, etc through tap water, i do think that without the need of a test, i've been suffering hypothyroidism and i'm sure it's a widespread condition.

  • Are you a vampire?

  • Hmmm... I wonder what your testosterone levels are? I guess its a trait of high testosterone males to talk with their hands like you do. L O L Honest man are you gay? Because if I was a betting man I'd say you were.

  • @scottyman1984 I will be getting my T levels tested soon and be posting them. I'm not gay, no, in fact I have multiple girlfriends, can't get enough of 'em ;).

  • @MrAusty Get into certain meditation practices, don't beat yourself up about ejaculating and over time you'll reduce the frequency of it.

  • @MrAusty Try a meditation that works on the micrcosmic orbit, and then you have to put the extra energy to good use creatively.

  • You really need to edit your videos for length.

6 part video series is just too long.

Get to the point quicker - because a video entitled Semen Retention for Building Testosterone - needs to be about that.

  • @thedjshere I cover a number of topics in this series titled "male hormonal and sexual health". If you want that parts on "semen retention for building testosterone" then just watch the first two parts.

My videos are packed with information as they cover a topic, not just lightly gloss over it. The length of my videos varies depending on the topic of course, but this happens to be one of the longer ones.

  • Here in America alot of men want to be in there kids life, but this anti man anti family court system won't allow it,believe me i know what im talking about, its hard for people to understand this unless you been through it !!

  • @RawFoodGuy99 Very true! I haven't been through it myself but know some people who have. I think in some cases the system works (like keeping alcoholic dangerous fathers away) but it backfires for most separated couples, leading to more headache and heartache for the father than the mother.

  • @RawFoodGuy99 circumcision is the main cause of problems in the usa

  • How do I prevent night falls from happening?

  • What are night falls?

  • night falls occurs when one has a very erotic dream. Also know as wet dreams.

  • Ah OK, that's what I thought you might be referring too. There are exercises for countering this in "Cultivating Male Sexual Energy" by Mantak Chia. Also avoiding eating too close to before going to bed can help and NOT looking at pornography... anytime of the day but specifically not before bed as well.

Sexual energy is meant to flow up the spine and down the front of your body in a loop. If it's blocked it can reverse and ejaculation occurs. Look into the "Micro Cosmic Orbit" exercise.

  • Is it safe to do energy or kundalini work without the guidance of a master?

  • Considering that the only real masters are dead (because they can no longer improve themselves) it is safe to be your own authority on a topic such as this.

If you wanted to build a shed and had no experience in how to do that, but you had your own tools, you could buy instructions (like a book on energy work). If you didn't even know how to work a hammer or what a nail was, then you'd hire someone to build it for you (like a teacher or "guru" in energy work).

  • Problems occur when someone tries energy work if they have never had any guidance before or never even read a book...

Just like how people can hurt themselves if they try to do an enema without reading up on it first or learning from someone about how to do it.

IMO the micro-cosmic orbit is safer than trying to awaken "kundalini" because it is balanced. The M.C.O. has a downward, yin, cooling path on the front of the body to balance the rising, yang, heating path up the back (kundalini).

  • Thanks a ton for ur answers :)

  • Just some friendly advice... in your videos you tend to say a lot without saying much. There will be 2-3 minutes of solid info and the other 7 minutes is just filler words.

For eg. the first 5 minutes of most of your videos are just empty words and an introduction to what your about to say. You'd get more viewers if you got straight to it.

  • It is called an introduction and I enjoy it. So, I guess it depends on the person??

  • @fourp1ay I noticed that also, I end up fast forwarding to find bits of useful info.

  • this talk is making me think of that monty python sperm song "every sperm is sacred, every sperm is great, If a sperm is wasted, God gets quite irate" lol...

  • yeah I'm totally unsure! I'm trying to avoid xenoestrogens. I only use glass or wood if i can help it. I know daniel vitalis talks about estrogen being in flax, soy, and black beans... I mentioned this to someone and they talked about those estrogens fitting into estrogen receptors or not... *coughs* necro doesn't have the answer for that.

  • This is gonna be good! Thanks, man! Love the snake in the background!

  • Uraeus, the Egyptian snake god featured on the headdress' of the pharaohs. It's the equivalent of the Kundalini serpent energy found in yogic practices.
