  • bekele can satisfy hundreds of women in 1 days

  • 57 seconds for his final 400...incredible. That kick!

  • and they closed around 4:04 for the last mile...unbelievable

  • #swag

  • 1:26-1:39 that bear sure can run.

  • 1. Look up "Greatest Battle Music Of All Times: Dragon Rider"

    2. Start at 2:40 on this video

    3. Play together

  • Kenenisa Bekele Vs. Chuck Norris. Now this I'd like to see!

  • @hokage786runescape bekele would destroy

  • How great is the human spirit!

  • @SonNative Dont waste your time on iMaDeMon2012, he is a racist fool.

  • 1 week until he's back.

  • what bekele can do is even greater than what bolt can do. hands down.

  • @iMaDeMoN2012,

    Just how old are you?

  • Tadesse is such a champ. To have the balls to run under world record pace for at least the last 5 laps against the best distance runner ever is unbelievable. This was easily one of the most exciting 10ks I've ever seen.

  • Wow!

    Great race. Kenenisa reigns.

Hats off to Tadesse for pushing the pace.

  • @iMaDeMoN2012,

    Please say that again.

    You hate Kenyans?

I am Kenyan by the way.

  • @SonNative "I am Kenyan by the way"

Was that an accident of birth or intentional decision on your part!?

  • The master, the king, my idol.

  • That last lap gave me goosebumps.. simply breathtaking stuff by Bekele.

  • its like the sound of the bell turns him in to a beast .. amazing man .. RESPECT !!

  • please come i want to see you killed.by bekele

  • @bigdthomas123 Your not even supposed to run more than 3000m at this age....

  • Kenenisa is simply SCARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • he is an Ethiopian he cant be scared no body .see how he kills him.

  • Ambessa Kenenisa.

  • wasn't even running his hardest that last 100.... that's insane.

  • bekele is sucha dog

  • gives me chills... those guys were already flying & bekele drops him... great stuff. I want to see more!

  • at 1:29 why is there a random bear running on the track!?

  • @EricaSteuwe that was the mascot for the world championships that year

  • @iMaDeMoN2012 ws that really necessary frm u? Dont bring ur racism to this forum, open ur own. SHAME ON U.

  • @lolwe99 What are you 12yo? You don't know what racism is.

  • Americans like Ethiopians but we hate Kenyans. Go Bekele!!!

  • @iMaDeMoN2012 That is definitely not true!! I don't hate anyone, maybe you do... :\

  • @jumpydrew No I was just kidding about Kenyans expect for the dopers, but seriously Americans hate Moroccans.

  • I hate to say this, but to win like this........to never be beaten........to know his manager Jos Hermens has definitive links to doping.......I don't think he is legit. He was injured almost all year for God's sake, then comes back and destroys everyone like this on decreased training???? I dont think its possible.

  • Bekele is the El Guerrouj and Usain Bolt of distance running. He makes it so exciting to watch.

  • his last 1600m split was a 4:05.24. absolutely insane.

  • bekele in the last 400 just beat michael johnson's time

  • @lt98bl247 no he didn't

  • iam doing just one lap in this speed... wow.

i wish i could ran 10000m even 75 precent of his speed..

  • @bigdthomas123

Your 5k should be faster than that. I run a 5:50 1600 meter and a 12:35 3200 meter and my average 5ks are 20 minutes. It just doesn't add up...

  • @bigdthomas123

    Yeah in your dreams son

  • bekele es un moustro corriendo (H)

  • This guy runs the last 400m of a 10k race faster then I can run 400m alone, that's crazy haha

  • @bigdthomas123 Good for you man, remember a loser is not someone who lose a loser is someone who stop fighting for his goals

  • This is the best 10,000m since Sydney 2000

  • This is the best 10k since Sydnet 2000

  • You have to be in the stadium to watch Bekele running 10,000m.Beleive when he does the final lap and sprints, you will feel goosebumps and wil definitely stand up and cheer.Beleive me.It's electrifying.

  • Tadese's running form has always bugged me. It just seems so...idk...ugly? He brings his arms up a lot when he runs. That can't be good can it?

  • @JoshMcRay The man is the fastest half marathoner in history, a former world XC champion, a four time-world half marathon champion, and here he won a silver medal. So his form doesn't appeal to the eyes: he is a great champion, and while a more fluid stride like Bekele's seems to eat him in these track and most XC races, Tadese is a well-respected member of the running community. Let him run the way he wants.

  • @JoshMcRay The actual reason he runs like that is because when he used to run 10km to school every morning, he'd be holding his books in his arms. It's just the way he learned.

  • the speed they're running at is probably my sprinting speed... great athletes

  • This race is a classic, I'll never forget it.

Its similar to the 5000 in 1993 (which was haile's first big race on the track)

  • @bijection765 More like Lasse Viren's winning run in the 1976 Olympics... especially if Tadese goes on to win the Olympic Marathon in 2016 (like Lopes).

  • @bigdthomas123 wait your 12 and you run a 4:32 1500?

  • Best ever!!!!!!

  • @bigdthomas123 gr8 ur honestly ur 3000m is 14 seconds better me but gr8 keep up the gd work

    my 1500m: 4.30 3000m:9.44 5km:16.31 10km:34.01 halfmarathon:1hour.16mins and i just did my first marathon a few days ago which is marathon:2hours.48 mins

  • @bigdthomas123 cCngratulations, i've ran all of those races too but you know what? Neither of us will ever beat him, be never had the upbringing he had, if we were born having to run to school and back everyday, we might, but it will never happen. sorry to crush your dreams.

  • Wow, 22km/h!!

  • Comment removed

  • fake

  • what was the split of that last lap?

  • @bigdthomas123 run barefoot and you can

  • @bigdthomas123

i'l soon beat you and bekele because i run 1500m,3000,5000m,10000m and the half marathon i joined the half marathon and did not stop whats ur timing for all of these

  • Putain ça m'a foutu la chair de poule !

  • Bekele is practically inhuman. To blow by Tades who himself was FLYING and beat him by such a wide margin and destroy everybody else.....simply awe inspiring.

  • who is like Bekele?may God keep you save

  • Are you kidding me? After that incredible last lap... he didn't even look exhausted? Everyone else on the track was falling over from exhaustion! Yeah - Bekele is a great runner, but I agree.... the acronym "EPO" does suspiciously come to mind?

  • @bigdthomas123 you can run those all you want, but it all matters on how fast you are. :p

  • Kenenisa Bekele showing them all once again.

  • EPO

  • @ilkkavu The like of you never lack lame excuses when you get trashed by these brave Africans. FYI, EPO is a mainstay for many western athlets than Africans.

  • Impresionante ....pasadon

  • U gotta give credit 2 tadesse( wr half marothon holder)

  • Who is the US guy he passes just before 1:00?

  • ZOMG so fast!!

  • lol? 25km/h? Oo

  • impresionante este portento de la naturaleza!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what the heck they stopped the clock too early

  • kenenisa the king of 10k

  • Greatest ever distance runner.. He will break 2hrs for the Marathon one day

  • @jcbruru I think so too.

  • hola desde argentina un adnirador kapo bekele sos un grande de atletismo..martynn..thomspon

  • this is insane!!! this guy is a legend among legends!!! we dont give him enough credit cuz we dont realize how tough a 10K is!!! I ran a 10K a week and that's enough!! i cant imagine the number of miles Bekele is running a week!!!

  • the speed that these athletes can maintain is ridiculous i can run a 17.20 5k and im 21 and for me that is difficult enough

  • BEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY THEY ARE SPRINTING DUDE O_O HOW DO THEY DO DAT

  • can't believe this guy is undefeated over 10km with career that spans all the way back to 2003!!! will he ever be beat @ 10km?

  • @xcrunner000 Hope not, its the best streak in athletics!

  • OMG :O This Is My First Time Watching This, But I Almost Screamed Watching The Last 400, He Was A Monster.

  • AHAHHAAH the bear ._.!

  • No white runners will ever be able to beat him UNTIL

    -They correct their diet

    -Live at altitude

-Start running barefoot to correct their form

  • @toby099 well nike has started the oregon project which uses air thinning technology. The runners live in a specially designed house where filters are used to remove oxygen from the air to simulate that the athletes are living at high elevation, living at altitude causes the athlete to develop more red blood cells, increasing athletic performance. one of the athletes is dathan ritzenhein (he placed 6th in this race and holds the american record in 5000m) theres hope for americans.

  • @mahavishnuxc Got everything about right, except one thing: Ritz 'held,' not holds, the american 5000m record. Two Americans, Bernard Lagat and Chris Solinsky, have faster performances.

  • @YiftertheShifter1 your right i hadnt checked up on chris solinsky, his PR is about a second faster than D-Ritz and bernard lagat holds the record at :54, but i dont like to count him because he is not a "true" american. but even though i was wrong about D-ritz's record, you helped me prove my point that we are becoming faster and are able to compete with the east africans who dominate track and cross country. i hope that one day we will be able to beat them.

  • @toby099 White? Paula Radcliffe.

  • @toby099 Craig Mottram beat Bekele's brother in the 5k so it's not like the whites are that far behind.

  • @joeyyowee Mottram is not white he is Australian.

  • @467076 Mottram is white

  • @467076

    lolwut

  • awesome runner.... I had no idea he was going to blast by that man the way he did...

  • esse cara e fodaa em fiioiooo putzzzzz.....!!!

  • i am still looking this video as if it happened yesterday..... thank you kenenisa you are bravest

  • I'm completely against lunacy and i know it may sound wrong, but does anyone else want to see how fast he could go on steroids?

  • I guess it would help him because the 10k is about both speed and stamina, but it won't help him that much. Roids definitely wouldn't help in a longer distance race like the half marathon or the marathon.

  • does anyone other than I wonder why this man doe not have a big ad. deal with any sports products producers?

  • That bear is a legend trying to run the 10k

  • These guy are fast.! I've only met one guy ever who could run a 10k in under 28 minutes. He was in my weight-lifting group and he ran all the time.

  • @heathcoat1 just some random guy, who weight lifts. and uh runs all the time lol. keep in mind only a handful of Americans went under 28. U need serious genes proper elite training to break 30, let alone 28.

  • Last lap in 57 sec. :D

  • Kenenisa Bekele you know i love the finger, yhma aidrgem ena eyluh.

  • I love Ethiopia GOD bless Ethiopia and The men,for me all Ethiopian men and women talented .GO Ethiopia .

  • @LiamProbert2k7 dont ever doubt what you can do

  • Comment removed

  • Kenenisa Bekele side Eat My Dust, to the eritrean men,it is only one men that can run, 10000m that men is Kenenisa Bekele.

  • @316JOHNLT im kinda mad that bekele is hurt for 2010 but his younger brother Tariku won the5k at the Prefontine Classic

  • I am 15 and i run 10k in 37:00, do i have any chance at a good time 10-12 years down the line?

  • Bekele is the best runner in the world today, but i think Gebrselassie is more talented

  • @JosephZ777 you just have to work hard and try your best. gtalk to your coach about different workouts

  • @JosephZ777 yes you do have a chance you just need to work harder, try to beat that time. Or try to be close to the world record then you'll be better lol

  • 1:29 the guy in the bottom left with yellow suit is going to win xD

  • How long will Bekele's streak last?

I'm certain I'll see him in London winning a triple - 10,000m title!!!

Is an undefeated record UNIQUE in the history of Athletics???

  • east africa 4 life espasialy ethiopia

  • That guy runs like an animal! He is truely amazing and the best until now! Love to see him run.

  • @amitofu78 I think Gebrselassie is more talented

  • Great Race!!!

  • What a stunning runner he is. His form and technique superb.

  • @aneshv1 no,

thats not all true, i drop my arms just like bekele to try to relax when im out training or even in a race

  • That was amazing he finished way before everyone else not even looking tired, then here comes everyone else having to do an extra 1 or 2 laps, and by the time theyre done bekeles already done with his victory lap. He is beast.

  • Thats how ETHIOPIANS get it done. I am proud i am Ethiopian. kenyans are also good.

  • The funny thing is that that time wasn't all that spectacular. He finished a full 30 seconds behind his world record.

  • Not that spectacular?! How many guys do you think have run that or better? Yes, it's well outside his world record, but it was the fastest 10000m ever run in any championship, the second half of 13:05 is well inside world record pace; the first half dawdled but... that's what happens in championship races.

  • @YiftertheShifter1 Haha, relax. I just meant not that spectacular for him. Obviously he blew everyone else out of the water.

  • man, the 1st guy doesnt look tired lol

and i was vomiting after on 1500m...

  • very good to runners of ethiopia

  • amazing!!! <3!!

  • Great race!!!!!!!!!

  • Kenyans win, Ethiopians rein.

  • You have Kenenisa next to you at the last lap, I don't care if you are God, you don't stand a chance.

  • es la mamada bekele

  • HOLY!!!! CRAZY!!!

  • much respect to tadese.

  • ???? homeless in youtube xD

  • walking?

  • Lol, the clock stops before Bekele crosses the finish line.

  • Thats true. The clock stopped early and said 26:45:11 but the official time for bekele was 26:46.31

  • don't worry, just continue to run ^_^

  • ahahaha.....what the Bear doing?

    Nahum

  • Thank you for post this video

  • holy shit :O

  • LOL. that bear is actually pretty fast.

  • Belin bear for mascot of the Decade!

  • I believe Bekele would lose. Haile has moved up the distance and has plenty of endurance. Bekele is like Haile before he moved up.

  • If I were running, that bear would've pissed me off. lol

  • Nice video, thanks.

  • it depends it can go either way. of course its gonna take a good ammount of training depending what kind of runner u are. but really its gonna take at least some natural ability. no worries just train hard and u might get it

  • Does it start to require talent or genetics if one wants to be able to run under 30mins for 10,000m?

  • I think genetics... It's very hard time to pass below 30 ... I started run 5 years ago and during this time I run more of 80 competions in 10.000, my best time ever is 32:26 and I use quit races around 33 min. I think I couldn't pass below 30 min. (I'm 21 old now and 10km is my speciality)

  • Holy shit, is it true that you run a 10K in 32.5min?

  • 32:26 is my best time ever in 10km, this year I scored my 2' best time on 10km with 32:43 (running in asphalt), I use to run the 5000 too I have my best time on it (16:13) scored last year in 18 october (on the track) I run only one time 10.000 on the track (34:26)

  • You are hell of an elite runner!

I've been running for 5 months and still could not pass the 48 minutes barrier for 10K! And my 5K just stuck at 23 min @_@

  • thank you! ^_^

Training is important to involve times, I train 3\4 times at week and this recent period was full of competitions 4 me, next sunday I will have the national championship on 10 km (field) I already was in torino 2 week ago to run 4 km, training is important and it's important to not exceed with sugar and salt and drink lot of water

  • 57 seconds for the last 400m of a 10,000m race. I don't know if I can even do that time in a single 400m distance. Crap!!!

  • he did 53 in athens

  • he may have run 53 in athens, but he didn't jog the last 100 throwin up the victory pump the entire way. lol. i think bekele's last 100 was like 20 seconds. i realize that is an exaggeration, but i'm sure he could have cracked 12 seconds for that last 100 if he had to.

  • @MeMyselfNndI Bekele and Haile have raced eight times. Since 2003, Bekele has won all races vs. Haile (three 10000s and one 5000).
