This is a great example of how damaging outsourcing animation is. Note how much more weight and substance the original Kaa has and how the new one is a head floating at the end of a tube. Though Disney is the best there is at outsourcing their animation it is still noticeable.

I like the kaa they did for the first jungle book. He is likeable, but at the same time when the time called, he can be threatening. In the sequel, they just made him a bumbling fool. Not cool.
