@olrepas - Thanks for the imput, but if you read the notes at the top you'll see i never thought it was an original idea, just the opposite in fact. i was just experimenting with flash at the time, i didnt even know what a codec was or web formats, keying, animation, or just about anything. but after 3 years ive nearly got my degree and ive been offered a job starting at £35k p.a. so sometimes it pays to have a go. ;-))

i used flash 8, which is fantastic to animate with. the only probs ive had is converting the flash files into movie files which is why its a bit jerky, although i think ive cracked the problem the other day so hopefully i'll be posting some more 'episodes'
