wether the Horde wins more often than Alliance depends on which server you play on. The server I play on is about balanced. But keep in mind when you go into battlegrounds you are grouped with players from different servers. Those servers will be in the same battle group as you. It's just a list of servers that are placed into the same group. They have all have names and i'm pretty sure you can find them on the official wow site. They are usually grouped by region.
