Romi could be trained to be an early intermediate and beyond school horse, as she has the right personality (but not sure she would ever settle in enough to be a match for beginners) but currently she has very little arena time and education. She's been a trail horse her entire life with very little arena work at all.
Romi has jumped a few natural obstacles while trail riding and we also have a video here on youtube of her doing free jumping in our arena. She has not had formal jumping training.
Yes, Romi is still available. As i've said previously PLEASE email us directly to discuss purchasing Romi, not here on myspace. we will not reply to any additional posts here. Thank you for understanding and for contacting us PRIVATELY to discuss Romi further.
ive been lookin for a horse and i think i can convince my mom plz tell me where the barn is. but its still a maybe about buyin the hose.plz email back
PS: to be clear, ROMI IS NOT, repeat NOT, a rescue. She is at our facility b/c her owner is one of our directors and because we board her here. She is FOR SALE, not an adoption, and is a fantastic mare whose always been exceptionally well cared for.
NOTE: Romi's canter is fairly forward in this video...how her owner preferred her. Her trot is easy to regulate, it would likely take very little work to regulate the canter as well.
Romi was a trail horse for years. In the few rides I have on her, I worked on bending without leaning and some other arena basics, and she is VERY easy to teach.
Don't miss the end...how she behaves on the ground when her ride is done. She went to her paddock bridleless, following her young rider.
