  • Keep your elbows in, Your chins exposed keep it down. It's open for a good counter punch or somethin. Get that elbow up on that hook, its lookin weak. But either that lookin good dude, just help'n with the corrections and mistakes. KEEP IT UP...=)

  • nice vid im not to bad at bjj no belt though but boxing interrests me very much

  • love the video, as well as its intent. Keep training, Fred. Boxing and bjj is a great combo.

  • you need to understand that Rob promotes a lot of his boxers in his videos, so you'll get new guys who need to polish up their skills, and more experienced guys with sharp technique. Every gym you go to, even the best gyms, have new guys who are polishing up their technique. Just keep this in mind when criticizing and try to focus on the message and not every particular detail you see.

  • your elbows are a bit wide open and

    chin is not down *properly

  • step in

  • Respond to this video... No clue but I know for a fact thats Biggie, I think I heard the track in Biggies Album with Junior Mafia

  • elbows are too wide

  • this niga wack

  • No disrepsect cause if this guy is a decent jujitsu guy he could probably whip my ass. But me, having very limited amateur experience/sparring in the mid 80's, can still look quite a bit better than this in form, and I rarely train anymore. I'm trying to say that without disrespect, more of an observation and bewilderment as to why he looks so awkward, even after he tucked the chin, still very mechanical looking.

  • Sucks...he opens up his arms leaving the gut exposed...too slow and awkward punching...punches should come fluently, one punch sets up the next...

  • open to the body tho

  • In straight up boxing that's a primary concern. In MMA, which I bet he's training for, a more square stance is necessary for kick and takedown offense and defense.
