@Prairycow123 No there is not. There is no "right" way it dip Snus. I put it between my left cheek and teeth. That way I enjoy the lovely succulent juices of Mellow the most that way.

you can put your snus in your bottom lip, it have the same effect like if you put it in your over lip. The only diffrence is that your spit mix togheter with your snus alot easier, and then you can get dissy or sick if you dont use snus alot. So its not wrong to put i there. And for you that dont understand the meaning of snus, and thinks that it is grose or something, its not! The first time you use snus you can get dizzy and sick, but then i suggest white portions the first time. Nice video:)

It says something like "this may cause gum disease" on the tin. I would say that it is just about as harmful as any other smokeless tobacco and probably as addictive as anything else although I've heard reports of people using snus to cut back on their nicotine consumption.

If you are not using nicotine I would suggest you stay away from snus. I've been using snus roughly half my life, and I'm 26. It can put a strain on your heart, and I guess compared with cigarettes the problems you get from snus are cardio-vascular related. Also its "harmfull" for your pancreas.
Well it's not wrong-wrong, like lighting a cigarette with the filter side out, it's more like putting your gymshorts on backwards wrong. It works but it looks wrong.
i like it to except that if you don't moisten it either during or before you put it in your lip, when you go to take it out, it will get stuck to your gums and it doesn't really hurt, but its not very comfortable trying to get it unstuck to your gums.
I usually start out in the middle of my side then move it..... its ok up top but ehh I still put in in my lower lip.
