Damn, we have the Corolla Sportivo here in Australia, same engine and body, but 4 door hatchback. That is a damn fine car you've got there. Thinking of importing one now just to have 2 doors.

@Sxxy59wa6 Believe it or not, High majority of the UK Owners are pissed that we don't have the 5 Door version of the 2ZZ. We do in the 'Pre-Facelift' without the added kit bits 7 lowered suspension, but not in the Facelift :(

Advantages of the Corolla T Sport.. VSC, TRC, Insurance Group 14 and more refined than the Type R.

Type R's stock on stock will beat a Rolla 1/4 mile or top end run, but not by miles. they do have a bigger engine and are 3 insurance groups higher though :P The only person that should make up your mind is you, just test drive 'em both.

Pal, I like the pic, is that a cat? About the Corolla, what can I say? I've got one myself but it is not that "aggressive". It is just the D4-D 2.0 European model. A brilliant machine, though. Many miles and still smoothy and perfect ride!

I suppose it is kinda like the Matrix.. just not as big. ;) It's a family hatchback, mean for day to day driving, just like any other Corolla. They just decided to throw a 2ZZ in it. Europe tends to like Hatchbacks over Sedans.

Fensport are indeed a British tuning company. The Corolla T Sport is the exact same as the XRS. 1.8 VVTL-i 2ZZ-GE. Just in a hatchback instead of a saloon. :)

The Pre-facelifts can look nice when lowered and have TTE parts on, but other wise I find them quite ugly... But each to their own! Least you have one! :)
