    せっかく溜めた熱気を逃がしたくない。

    扉をより上の位置にしてしまえば熱気は逃げやすくなるだろう。

    鍋をのせる部分を昇降可能にして、調理時は上昇させて熱気の只中­に置き、取り出しと差し入れの時には下降させる。

    熱気が逃げることをそれほど気にする必要はないのかもしれないけ­ど。
