Ok. so good to know that you at least allow the possibility for evolution to occur, but I still don;t get the gold & silver coin thing. A quick look at ART1 , section 10 does in fact prohibit any STATE from minting non gold/siler coins. OK, but as you know, it's the FED that prints our currencies, not the state. And so.....?
