What happen when you throw ice in a hot drink...it melts and the drinkis Luke warm. If you throw ice in a cold drink it melts slower and keeps the drink cool.

Its just your taste. I don't hate you like some of these other people just because you don't like it nor am I mad at you, i'm just telling you that's Starbucks, you don't like it.
If you love starbucks it is because you have haven't been exposed to truly good coffee. It is like the Coors Light of coffee, when there is a world of microbrews out there. Find a good local shop wherever you are. (key is to find a good one, there are plenty of lousy ones out there)
