Actually, there's a little local place that has a 1lb challenge. Their burgers have about 20-22oz of meat in them, so it's considerably more than a pound. However, after I didn't eat for almost two days, and 'evacuated', I was able to eat two of these burgers fully loaded. A slice of onion, three cheeses, lettuce, a slice of artichoke heart, bbq sauce, bacon, mayonnaise, and a couple onion rings. They're closed for winter, but I'm going back the first day, right after I get life insurance.
