  • also, nobody mentions how a slight neck adjustment can help... think about it, putting more relief shortens the scale while putting less relief lengthens that scale... Of course if the neck is in the right place you would not touch it... Just a thought...

  • Actually, I found this video VERY informative. I have been looking at good videos on how to adjust the intonation. None of them mentioned adjusting the ACTION first. The action is a main deternining factor of how the guitar "plays", as well as a comfort and sound factor. Adjusting the action, in some cases, may even correct the intonation problem.... After typing this, I am going to do a little research as to how to properly adjust the action on an acoustic, for I have no idea...... yet......
