The spartan laser is sort of nooby, but you can't argue with the fact that it gets the job done. Plus it doesn't take a skilled player to truely grasp its power. This guy isn't super good, yet gets lots of kills with it. That, to me, is what defines a weapon to be nooby; The ability to be effective when noobs are using it. It's as easy to hit someone as a sniper rifle and as effective as a rocket launcher... noob magnet.
