you can need it also in .bat files

u dont need admin to launch safe.. Just means that the computer is not controlled by the computer itself, but connected into a system that holds the user/admin right.

Well. same shit all over again. Everyone that knows how to handle a computer knows how to change pw in cmd. Why change it in cmd when you can go to userprofiles? I can do this with my eyes closed

The real trick is to change passwords on all accounts on the computer in a guest account without admin perm. This is a tricky one, but also easy if oyu know how

Let me explain to you the basics. To do what you just did in cmd you NEED "admin rights" on the user. If you have admin rights you dont need to go into cmd to change passwords. Got it?

I managed to change password on a computer when i didnt have admin rights on my user. To do this I sent the computer into "safe-mode with command prompt". When you are in "safe mode" the computer thinks of you as the main admin, you dont need to log into anything. From here on you just need to know the commands that will put your user into the "admin group" or change password on the current admin.

All computers also has a "secred" admin that will override all other users. This admin account will be shown to you in safemodus, so you will need to launch just "safe mode". But, there are many people who knows about this "secret" admin account, so it might be a password on it that will prevent you from entering it
