Hato Sabure is really cheap. I guess he's a Boss-type char in Nijikaku? (makes sense, seeing as how his single match intro shows a big giant "WARNING" logo from Megaman Zero...)

Most of their AIs are weak to moderate, but it's an ongoing project so it might be a while before they have hard AIs.
