The only way you can do is that comes to my mind is, you can connect a switch(the ones that can get their colors changed) get nearer to the house and explodeds, or you can use a sensor switchs(activates anything when sackboy/girl get nears) so when you go to a certain point it explodeds, maybe you didnt do all the turorials yet so you may need to do them to learn more in creating.

You could use a piston attatched to a magnetic switch and connect the magnetic switch to the explosive so that you can vary the time it takes for the bomb to explode by varying the piston speed
