Thanks for posting this; it's like a spoof that Harry Enfield might have come up with. If the guy on the scooter thought he looked cool in that deer-stalker, he was clearly already suffering from significant brain damage.
Very good advice if I was not wearing a crash helmet in 1964 when i fell off the back of my older brothers 650 Ariel Huntmater I would not be here today.
My brother was Ton up Boy in the 60's we are both still riding Royal Enfields Bullets.
