  • PIG says "oink oink"

  • Where are the freaking penguins, damn it?!

  • Looks like you need to Parachute your way in. Now that's "Extreeeeem style" science work. Thanks for posting. Much appreciated.

  • Awesome! Can't wait to see what develops on this project!

  • I want to be part of NASA.

  • well you are kind of a part, by suscribing NASA on Youtube.

  • haha good one

  • use helicopters...

  • The propellers would probably freeze up. Wow, I want to become part of NASA. To bad its not in Canada.

  • Yea. It will be cool.

  • It takes moisture in the air to freeze propellers or wings. The air down there is usually very dry. I took part in an expedition to the North Pole, and the planes that flew up there had no problems with icing.

  • Ice still accumulates, right? ailerons, flaps, hydraulics. Isn't that why planes have a glycol de-icer? Without it, you and the rest would crash and burn? Or never even make it of the runway?

  • ShaCRaM, did you actually watch the video and understand what he was saying? Of course they will use helicopters, that why they have to wait - build up a camp to support the helis...

  • I didn't watched this video, just moving to page 10.

  • Let us know what you find!
