Looks FANTASTIC! I cook with potatoes all the time, so I know where you mean when you say they are very versatile. One question though; what's with the sour cream? What does it do for the potatoes?
@westtictactoe It takes the place of milk in making it smooth and creamy..it is done cooking..all you are doing on the second bake is putting a little crust on them and warming them back up..they are very good..give them a try and thanks for stopping by!!
