  • what size monitor are u using

  • This is an awesome cabinet man, dunno if it was answered, but all of CPS1/2 runs in MAME. Your cab can run those no problem.

  • @939Socket said the unknown 33 year old douchebag, that still lives in his parents basement. Go troll on somebody else's page. There will be none of that, on this channel. If you're going to insult me, then provide a reason for that immature comment.

  • @Ultimateprototype loser....

  • kay this might sound stupid but how do you tighten your stick? my sanwa stick is kinda loose so yeah.. sorry if it sounds stupid but yah im clueless

  • @itzMoneyMarv Do you mean the balltop is loose? Because to tighten the balltop, you have to put a flat head screw driver in the screw, which is on the bottom of the stick. Once you have the screw driver in the screw, you use your other hand to tighten the balltop. Or you can use some pliers on the stick to keep it still, while you turn the balltop. It should now never be loose.

  • @Ultimateprototype yeah like i can turn the balltop around if i want LOL.. that shouldnt be happening right? ill do it tonight thanks alot dude.

  • @itzMoneyMarv tu e mt idiota falando essas pohas de comentarios se nao gostou se ferra

  • this is....epic....

  • Making arcade like this mayb intresting... But, the PC Spec must powerful right? Especially for SF4... But, you will use it for play by yourself with this arcade or something? If u wanna play SF4 for yourself, why not playing on PC Console version? Just crack it and you can play it... Officially for PC... Or maybe you can buy original copy from Windows Live Games... Right?

  • @ExRetsuya Nooooooo.....really? Tell me more. You can play Sf4 on the PC? I had no freaking idea! Buddy....Maybe you should check the date of videos first, before you leave a comment. I made this vid. over 2 years ago, when SF4 literally just CAME OUT! PC came out later in the summer. How can I play a PC game before it's existence?......Right? To top it all off, you don't need high specs to run this game. Decent graphics card with core 2 duo do justice, while playing 1000 other games!

  • @Ultimateprototype

Hehe you schooled him I don't care what anyone else says

  • I like this, I'm setting up the same thing. I got an old Tekken 3 cab with maximus arcade...but It looks like you only have a 5 button setup. how can you play the game like that when there are six controls.

  • Won't those flashing buttons burn your fingers when the machine is on for too long?

  • ''I did say that I have prob. the 2nd cabinet that played STF4 with buttons in the U.S''

Which is the bit I pulled you up on. Type it into Youtube if you dont believe me :D

  • @spartanheed Correct yourself!!! Because you keep on arguing, when YOU don't even do proper research. I just looked all over youtube and google for cabinets that played stf4 and NOW, there are a ton of videos and pics. But when this video came out, I was right in saying that this will and always be the 2nd video created on a stf4 cab that played STF4. You prob. thought i made this in feb. of 2010 but it was made in 2009 when the game came out. 1st vid. was made 6 days before mine. FACTS!

  • @Ultimateprototype

What is STF4? Some American homebrew game?

  • Your aspect ratio is wrong. As for only being a couple in America, theres about 20,000 videos on youtube from people who did exactly the same as you.

  • @spartanheed Listen troll! Watch the video again and listen to that part and watch that part carefully. Because I was specifically talking about the marquee. I said, "four people had that marquee and I personally thought one of them looked nice on their machine." End quote! I never said anything about being the 5th guy to make a mame cabinet, when there were hundreds made before mine. I did say that I have prob. the 2nd cabinet that played STF4 with buttons in the U.S. Nice try tho!

  • Man, that shit is SO cash!

  • I need to know how to operate and setup Hyperspin. .

  • I'm quite curious about the 2 player panel. There are only five buttons on the second player's side, which I do understand would be for Mortal Kombat. But what if two people wanted to play Street Fighter? It's quite obvious that Street Fighter requires six buttons.

  • @Pooper2471 The second comment on this video has my response to your question. As I've answered it in detail to other people before.

  • for the joystick from not unscrewing get some really strong adhesive put it inside the ball and screw it on.

  • their an emu on the psp for dis i hope its not slow

  • i used wood glue on the thread

worked fine to stop it from coming off and could easly be taken off with force

  • how did you get the coin mech to work?

  • How did u get the coin slot to recognize the quarter as pressing start?

  • @dman1823 usb mate

    i bet

  • Hey UltimatePrototype Sick Cab Bro! i wish i had one myself but too much shit in my room but i do have arcade shit for ps3 for mvc3 ssfiv and sfhdturbo

  • I see your second set of buttons is Mortal Kombat style. How can you play Street Fighter IV in this format?

  • haha im still tripping on how u threw a fireball out with one hand!!!!!! WTF dayum son u git skillz there :o

  • Your voice is amaaaazing :)

  • @KiddDaBeauty gay!!

  • At first I wasn't going to acknowledge you, but then I became curious. Curious in why you would reply with some stupid shit about IQ points, when if you didn't like it, you could have easily just left and watch another lame mame cabinet vid. My shit Glows, looks good, plays well has a ps3 in it and plays PC. What else do you want nigga!? I'm sorry my shit wasn't up to par with your hilarious terrorists videos, which you had to disable the comments...god knows why!

  • I felt like my intellgence was insulted. And I was in a bad mood. I admit maybe I was a bit harsh.

WHY a ps3 though? You can easily get SF IV on PC (and it runs pretty well, try downloading the benchmark)

    Every SF on one machine.

Also, why 5 buttons for Player 2? What are you using for parts?

  • Interesting.....I thought you were going to reply with some harsh shit, but you did the opposite. Now that that's done, I do have STF4 for the desktop and laptop. I haven't posted a vid in a long time, but that's because I stopped caring about the tube. I only use it to watch other vids. If you want to see that I have it for PC running well then play me. username: ultimateproto9

  • at the moment I just have SF IV for 360 but I plan on getting it up on my laptop once I get windows 7 on here.

Really, it's not a bad cab save for the odd button placement (the 5 buttons are for MK I take it?)

Ok I also admit to stupidty as you posted this IN FEBUARY LONG before SF IV was even out on PC.

My B...me thinks I shall retract my statement

  • It's all good! And I don't have 5 buttons. Both sides have six button layouts. one light just wasn't turned on at the time, due to wiring, making it look like there are 5 when there are 6. Windows 7 really doesn't help or add any boost. I have it, and it's the same as vista gamers edition. And why are u waiting, when you can download windows 7 for free!

  • Actually the physical disc I got came with my laptop, so if something goes awry I have the physical disc and can do a reinstall.

alrighty, I'll play you in SF IV at somepoint when I do get it for PC Though It'll probably just be for show.

    peace man

and at least you didn't put in an Xarcade and call it a cab

  • cool glowing buttons!!

  • For the joysticks, I put loctite on the ball top and use a rag around the shaft and then tighten it down with a wrench.

  • Nice ass cabinet man. I'll add you to my PSN, we should get some matches in sometime :)

  • Hey this mite be a stupid question but I was wondering how you power the LED's? Are they hard to install?

  • Power them up with the LED-WIZ. It's a component like the ipac except only for lighting buttons. You need an external power source, something like 12 or 5 volts. The just wire to the ledwiz and you're good to go. Not really hard, when there are tons of resources all over the web.

  • hey ahm i may be stupid i may be dumb but where the hell you buy that game? is it for mame or sf4 for pc? and did you make our own machine? lol

  • ah there are 5 buttons for player 2, top one just isnt lit up

  • put loctite on the joystick to prevent it from loosening up.

  • wtf? how can you play SFIV with 5 buttons? (2nd player)

  • Because I'm a wizard with the hands! 5 is all need...lol...jk. There really are 6 buttons on each side, but one of the red LED's was going on and off and you happen to see it go off most of the time through the vid. If you look hard enough, you will see the 6th button, although it's turned off. It still worked tho. Great eye for detail tho :]

  • At the beginning, you dissed hyperspin a bit for supporting MAME instead of CPS1/2 but it does offer support for all emulators and PC games (including ZiNc and SFIV on PC). Just wanted to let people know in-case they thought it didn't ;)

  • This video was made a long time ago, and in that time I made a mistake with the wording. I was talking about CPS3! Not 2 or 1. What is the point of having cps1 or 2 anyway? It's the same exact thing as having mame. CPS3 on the other hand is nothing like mame. That's what I was talking about, and hyperspin at the time didn't have a slot for cps3. I dropped hyperspin due to it's infancy at the time so I don't know if they fixed that. Hyperspin was the shit, but Marcade was easier!

  • And if you know of a way to get that nagging screen in STFIV that would be nice! I actually read their forum on on it and did all the steps as I copied the script, downloaded autohotkey, put the script in notepad and saved it as streetfighter4.ahk. Then I put that in .ahk to.exe and it created it. No problem! Problem came when you guys said put it in ROOT directory! I put that where everything was, you know the launcher and exe and I clicked on launcher and nag is still there! Help?

  • Oh,I see - yeah it's come on leaps and bounds now mate, you can add menus for anything now (even films/movies etc) just by creating a folder with the artwork in and adding it's title to the main menu.

Not sure about the Nag Screen though, you should hit up the forums again.

    Cheers! ;)

  • As far as lose nobs are concerned you may want to look at some thread locker

  • Ball tops are fine now, even though I switched the joysticks to happ competition ones. All you have to do is hold down the bottom firmly while spinning the ball top. Thanks anyway tho. Appreciate it! Check out my latest vids bro!

  • Does that hog your power bill?

  • Not at all. First of all I don't leave it on all day like some people. Whenever you're done using it, just shut off the power. No need to kill all the energy. I also use a smart power strip as a surge protector and it is very eco-friendly! You can barely tell the difference when the bill comes in.

  • Very sweet set up man I love how you got the buttons glowing :)

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks man. It's not too difficult to make and program if you look around the web. They even have tutorials on making these cabs with the glowing buttons. So what about that free1up vs fly3r_th3n_Jew instant classic. I hardly lose 2 rounds in a row without, inflicting major damage, so it should not be a landslide by any means. Thought the latest vids were going to be good, but you pretty much dominated. Invite me!

  • bette than hot chiks used panties

  • You dirty animal! Keep you're fantasies outta here StreetFighterJoe! Or should I say josephayal....lol. I saw one of your videos and saw the same comment you just posted here on you're vid. I put 2 and 2 together and you wrote on you're own vid, you crazy basterd. Btw I don't need training compared to you. My blanka is way better than yours bro! Thanks anyway tho for the comment!

  • that's a awesome setup bro! but just wanted to add i can't tell but you should get hd cables for your PS3.

  • Thanks, but if you can't tell go to my up and close videos of championship mode gameplay. I posted up 2 vids and hit HQ to see if you can tell the difference! Btw don't forget to rate and subscribe broski.

  • try saluabi, They work good. The 4k model works for WinXP or PS3.

  • Thanks, but I'm good. My adapter works perfectly now! No problems at all. Before I had a bad wire connection, causing my adapter to freak out at times. I can make my own joystick for $30, as you can just hack a logitech controller for 10 bucks. Turns out it works for both pc and ps3 as well.

  • You fucking prick! It's good that u like the machine, but there was no need to beg for me to work on my camera skills. Maybe if you said it like, "you might want to practice a little before you record" not fucking saying please and adding boring at the end, you fucking cocktease! This isn't a comedy show, ain't nobody trying to run standup, when showing a machine. I'm showcasing the cabinet, not myself. I'm also not a fag like other ppl writing a script and memorizing it to be accepted online.

  • Ur setup if freaking awsome, but please work on your video taping, and what your going to say, your really boaring lol.

  • tmoneydanub you really hurt his feelings :( lol

  • Funny...I didn't even see these 2 little comments. I'm laughing now, on how you can think any body can hurt my feelings. What are we little kids at the playground? Especially on the web. Come on now, New Zealand! Your better than that DUDEEEEEEEEE! Nice video of you getting all trippy! You don't look like the type to be all into arcades and shit!

  • does this video whos how to get street fighter IV on mame?

  • he didn't. he probably put a 360 or ps3 in it as well as a pc. it is big enough after all.

  • There is no way to get street fighter 4 on mame! It will never be emulated by mame. If anything it will be 15 to 20 years for any ps3 game to be emulated by a new emulator. Forget about mame! I have been reading up on a lot of hacking tho. on the ps3 and some improvements. Not on emulation, but significant improvements. Maybe it will be emulated a bit earlier than 15 years, but not anytime soon. Yes My ps3 is in there. I think I said that in one of these videos if not this one.

  • Do not get the ultimate. The name is a huge evil trick. Competition joysticks are what you need.

  • Haha! I just ordered competition joysticks, just for the hell of it, thanks to you! Now we will see if there is a difference!

  • Enjoy them dude.

I am not even trying to get people to my video, but it is fact. Check out the 2 videos I made and you can see my conversion cab with the competition joysticks. I also have competition buttons in there as well, but I will admit that your led buttons are pretty sick.

Part 2 of the videos shows my hands while I am playing, and for an older game, "the proof is in the pudding" and you can see how insanely responsive they are to a game that came out 10 years ago.

  • Dude, let me suggest some happs competition joysticks. I had a tekken 2 cab that I converted into st-v, and OMG, huge difference.

  • That's what I wanted to know! I want to know if those super joysticks or whichever ones are any better than the ones I have now with the balltop. Sometimes I feel like my moves won't come out, and I don't know if that's just with any joystick or just the ones I got! Where's your STF4 cab anyway? I didn't see it on your page. Post it so I can check it out and let me see the control panel.

  • who made that control panel overlay its badass

  • Thanks man! Believe it or not I actually wanted to go with the blue and red theme so I picked a basic background and then I went to town on it with all the characters with all the effects in photoshop. Took me a while, but we all know how satisfied we are when we see the finished product even if it took days of time on it. I then went to mame marquees and asked them to print it my size, and they were almost right on the money. But it came out close to perfect. Thanks!

  • man thats dopeeeeee

  • Thanks man. I appreciate it. I just checked out your page and you did some pretty good krump dancin. I didn't expect it, but you did your thing. What really got my attention and made me laugh was that video of metal gear solid 4 a day of a sniper...lol. That shit was funny! Btw don't forget to rate and subscribe...iight...thanks again!

  • ahhah right bak at you. btw i subscribed and everything man

  • hey bro Im thinking of buying a MAME cabinet off of a guy who sells them an hour and a half away from me...

I was wanting to buy a Xmen vs. Streetfighter machine but figured with Mame I could have that plus all of the Alpha's and 5000 other games..

What im wondering is if ALL of the Mame games are ARCADE PERFECT? like exact ports from the arcade game or is it any worse in quality...

Also had did you get SF4 on it? or do you have a 360 or PS3 in there?

  • ps3 as he says on his video for sf4

And yeah, mame emulate almost all 2d fighting games out there(neogeo capcom or whatever),but dont expect to play tekken 4 or things like that.

  • Really nice cabinet! I envy U ;)

  • Thanks. I appreciate it! Glad to know I'm reaching people from around the world, including sweden. Please rate and subscribe some vids. if you have the time!

  • Nice cab man. I really like the led lights on the buttons, I was going to that but I got lazy lol. Also the adapter thing is pretty cool idea I should have done that also, but its ok for my first cab. Nice work.

  • This is pretty cool. But I would have went with xbox360 for the online play. Thats just me. But to fix the Joystick, maybe you should glue the inside if you dont plan on removing them.

  • Thanks, but paying for online game play compared to getting it for free is a robbery. Of course your not going to agree because your a 360 fan, hand I don't hate it, but I think the ps3 online being free and accurate is just better. That's just me though...lol

  • Im really a 360 fan. I bought the game for both systems. They are really the same game, but I see more people play the game online for 360. But all in all, great cabinet ;]

  • I am gonna have to agree with BgbomZ, i prefer 360 myself, you get what you pay for and when i play SS2T HD remix, SF4, and soul cal 4, there seems to be more issues with lag on ps3 and hardly any ever on 360. I just can't wait to get a stick for it, and kick ass cab btw :D it is truly a work of art.

  • Well, lag really has to do with the internet you and your opponents have, not really what system your using. I'm not going to lie there are some days when I run into the worst connection, but there is also a lot of times when I have a perfect connection like lets say during the night. The night is better for some reason. And I'm using a wireless connection that reads 80%, so that's Extremley satisfying! Btw thanx for the love and support for the cab. I appreciate it! Rate & sub!

  • i agree the connection does have some to do with it, but the service does too for I have both a PS3 and a 360 and running verizon fiber optic internet with wired connections each so bandwidth is not a issue, but the 360 almost runs flawless online compared to the PS3 which is hit and miss.

  • Good Job man! I just finished my cabinet, but nowhere close to yours.

  • Thanks man; appreciate it! I aim to please...lol. Thanks for putting one of my videos as your favorite. That really was nice of you. I'm curious to know how your cabinet project came out. Post a video and let me know, so I can tell you what I think. Doesn't matter if it's in the preliminary of stages.

  • I just uploaded a vid of my brother's playing it. I live in a Condo so it was tough to do a lot of things but i'm happy with the end result. check it out at.... again not as slick as yours... watch?v=siCUCHrR8DY

  • Cool man, looks good! Congrats.

  • go to options menu on the game and try to search for Install Game to HDD. i did this already and the gameplay is alot smoother and faster plus the VS loading screen doesnt take that long or drag.

  • Yeah thanks for looking out bro, but I already installed it a long time ago. I'll post a vid on the online gameplay, to show that it goes smooth! Thanks tho!

  • Very nice, i like those glowing buttons :), cool you can play sf4 like the arcade. Looking forward to try that game.

As for choice you have made the right decision. PS3 outmatch 360 in specs. It has got a far more better processor than the 360, it is also way more expensive.

  • Thank you! Finally someone who supports me and the fact that the ps3 is just better than the 360. I don't like paying for expensive things but its true that expensive= better. Thanks for the love btw, I really appreciate it. Especially from a ps3 gamer. Street fighter 4 is well worth the buy...well on an arcade at least. I don't feel the same comfort with the controller, prob. cuz I'm used to it now. Please show love on my other vid. even if you just rate. Thanks!

  • dude 360 can't play sf4 for shit, lousy ass control pad, better to go with ps3 where the fighting game are ment to be play on.. and the truth is your wrong, it the 360 that collecting dust. ever since i bought the 360 it just crap, it dies on me and shitty ass game always first shooter, or sport nothing that really interested me. and yet the sad thing is that even the wii is better lol. yea so at the end ps3 rocks!! cal me a ps3 fan boy i don't care you know the ps3 is better....

  • Amen! Preach brother.... you are so right. That's why I have a ps3 and a wii and yet NOT a 360 in my house. Speaks for itself. I'm not just a sony fan, so it's not like I'm biast..however you spell the word..lol. Btw if any of you have street fighter 4 for the ps3 then hit me up on my psn. fly3r_th3n_Jew or give me your psn cuz mine is confusing. Also, please rate all my vids. not a lot so I can make this public, and put crazier vids up at request!

  • @1o2o3e

You know there are some great Hori brand joysticks for 360 right? PS3 is also full of FPS games but its library is lacking in one genre, shmups.

  • Hey brother I got a solution for your loose joystick handles......

There is a soluction you can buy at hardware stores called lock tight its a special liquid and gel you mix to toegether then use. I used it on my buttons cause they always where getting loose. Works great!!! I commend you on your mame arcade looks Super! I too was gonna use nova gem buttons but chose the ice buttons instead. check it out.

  • So sell it, but I disagree. There are still too many things wrong with xbox compared to ps3. I worked in gamestop and I should know, as nobody ever came in to buy a replacement ps3 or complain. Yet a majority of people who bought the 360 always come back asking for another, because it broke or doesn't work. Even one guy came back and forth asking for a new 1 to replace in one day had to change 8 360's. It's fact that 360 is a liability when it comes to longevity!

  • How you figure??? That's an ignorant thing to say in my opinion, unless your joking. The ps3 has already been established to be way better than the 360 in graphics, free net play cough cough xbox robbery and the buttons are easier to play with not that I'm using the controller, since this is on a machine! So, what is the difference? Please let me know? The only thing good about xbox is that it's lame enough to copy games on to blank dvd's and play them. You can't do that with a ps3!

  • awsome

  • ok. what m.a.m.e do you have?

and how do you load the roms in.

zip or unzip? what zip do have? Can you make a video about how to get started with mame.

  • Sure why not, I'll do a video tutorial on getting started with mame at your request. But tell me what else you need help with so I can combine other things, or is that all?

  • that's all i need.

I want to use my arcade stick for pc/xbox360 in all street fighter games.

  • My new MAME tutorial is up and running. Let me know what you think......There are 2 parts so don't start with the part 2. Rate it and comment everybody else!

  • Hey dude good job on your cab! You must be a proud pappy.

And the LED's are great too!

  • I am def. a proud pappy. I love my baby...hahaha but in all seriousness thanks for the compliment. Those LED's are sick! Watch for my upcoming vids!

  • ok i need to put in my home theater setup.

this is on pc?how do i get started?

  • I'm having problems replying here for some reason so check you're videos for a reply.

  • If they come off like that you gotta get some pilers to hold the steel stick itself and use a towel so you don't damage it then turn the ball (preferably with 2 people)

  • So I have to put a towel around the metal stick and then put pliers on that towel that is on the stick, then i can turn the ball top clock wise while holding the stick in place and it will be good? I'll give it a shot in the morning or do I have to put the pliers on the bottom of the stick? Let me know, but I'll try 2morrow anyway....thanx!

  • yeah on the bottom of the metal stick, more about keeping the stick still so you can turn the ball top, would be easyer with 2 people propally

  • This rocks! That it actually accepts coins is the coolest thing! Excellent work.

  • Thanx man for the love and support. It's always good to hear from the people, bad or good..lol. Btw don't forget to rate the video or subscribe or both...lol

  • Alright, alright, I rated the video ; )

    Well-deserved five stars

  • The best arcade I have ever seen! Looks pretty and awesome!

  • lol turn that frown upside down
