  • How can it be that at the first part of the video the fan makes a lot of noise at 12v,

and that at almost the end of the video when it reaches 12v again its very silent???

  • at almost the end of the video when you start lowering the voltage you can clearly hear that or bearings of the fan are a bit flimsy of the fan blade is hitting something. that might be the cause of the vibration that it makes on higher RPMs

  • hm. it's strange. reviews says Performa makes low enough level of noise.

can you setup the fan on radiator and make another video?

or maybe your fan is defective?

  • @TheSoupault the fan Make 28.4 Db on A scale at 109CFM and 1910RPM.

The possibility of a failed fan is excluded because ampere, volt, rpm are similar to the declared ones and we don't find any problem on the alimentation rail.

Just a personally opinion, i don't know what web site do you visit but a web site that say that a fan with 36db(A) (zalman value) is silent it isn't very reliable.

    BR.

  • @CoolingTechnique i read the review on respectable russian hardware-testing site.

ok, what about noise level of fan, set on radiator? it must be different.

and what about noise of fan with another kit's wire?

    >is silent

not absolutely silent, but in comparison with other coolers.

it's not the problem for me to buy another fan, but i want to know, is it possible for the first time to sleep near the computer with Performa.

  • IS there any Video how to instal CNPS10X Performa on socket 1156 Mother Board..
