Indiana will be pretty pissed off if Bayh's on Obama's ticket, why? Because they won't like seein a conservative like him on an elitest ticket. And mitch daniels will campaign for mccain and fry obama and bayh.

Indiana will be closer that you think if Bayh gets nominated. Bitch Daniels better hope the unemployment rates around here go up.

marvinsinsane, Bayh is a conservative democrat. I think the reason he didn't run was because he had to make himself look really liberal to win the nomination. He didn't want to be someone he wasn't. And look up his years as governor of Indiana. People respected him for his conservatism, though I didn't approve of his governorship because he hardly did anything but a big tax break. Look him up you'll see.

I would be wiling to bet money on this one. Bayh is a safe choice, and Obama doesn't want to risk it now, not when everything is working in his favor.

I think he'd make a great veep choice for Obama. Obama doesn't need a vice president who can out-charisma him!

Oh my gosh, he's got zero charisma. But, the guy has a top notch resume and he is known for getting things done. Some people seem impressive but are worthless in action, perhaps Bayh is sort of the opposite story.

Bayh is not only boring but sounds phony as hell. Most likely Bayh watched this video and couldn't stand how he sounded so much that he gave up running for president.
