  • In the state of Pennsylvania you are not allowed to have any cover of any kind over your Tag. If you do you will be pulled over just for having the cover this is a very stupid idea. The cover itself will bring unwanted attention to you . It will not shield yo in any manner. If the Govt wants to know who you are this will not protect you, what a waste of money!!!

  • You may be pulled over MORE with the new license scanners police have on their vehicles. If they can't read it if they drive past it stands to reason they will pull over cars that have that to generate revenue or check it out because it rings suspicious to them.

  • They don't "collect" your information unless you cross a red light. The cameras are in standby and only take a few snap shots if someone crosses the wire on the road during the red light.

Recording everyone's snap shots, sorting and storing them would be a massive and expensive task.

    Its a conspiracy theorists dream.

  • @tostrong4you Ok - don't buy one.

  • @glduncan68 I wont and dont suggest you should either.

  • @tostrong4you

I am a computer scientist that has worked in the design and testing of production enterprise servers. That kind of processing power has existed for over 7 years and is getting cheaper and faster. Besides with software load balancing data can be collected and analyzed when road are less busy.

  • @SirBrainChild Computer scientist? that has worked? xD

I don't think you know more about computers than I do.

I can build one, set one up, but that it really

  • @tostrong4you

So are you saying that you have assembled, configured, tested, and spoken with design engineers regarding HP 9000 Superdome Integrity Servers as I have?

They sold for up to a few million and have been already replaced with faster and more affordable versions Superdome 2, which I also worked prior to release but briefly.

  • @SirBrainChild nope, just regular gaming PC

  • @tostrong4you

I also worked at a telecom company where the federal government required back doors and cell network modifications in order to allow the scanning of otherwise encrypted text messages and voice for key words. When you look at Congressional bills and laws over the past 10 years, the feds have indeed discarded the Fourth Amendment. The US Gov't doesn't need a conspiracy to want more unconstitutional control and power, but "absolute power corrupts absolutely".

  • @SirBrainChild Dude, most kids text like a million times a day. No way in hell they would be able to track every single person, every single text, every single word. Never-mind analyze all of them. A couple years ago maybe, but today? no way. I doubt even Google has the capability to do something so colossal.

  • @tostrong4you Don't be surprised if you are wrong...my cell phone bill used to have EVERY text I ever sent... and to think there are millions that got the same thing and YES the texts are kept by some companies.

  • @254tom sounds like a load of conspiracy theorists that think that anyone with power is against them came up with this. Don't flatter yourself with the thought that your texts or your exact position at all times is so vitally important because its not.

  • is your shirt of a mra source ?

  • I have just found your channel and think you're a great guy, however my feeling is that this is like sticking a finger up to the government. Whereas I think a better approach is just to get on with your own life and look after yourself, become self sufficient and stay off the radar. I think you could start coming up on a lot of radars... just my thoughts and no offence meant :)

  • @quietcon i like being on radar, means im willing to fight for freedom, your just a pusst thats not willing to fight for shit, and if you have kids they will be the ones harmed in the future for your apathy.

  • @18wheeler76 there are many ways to fight, bitching on the internet is perhaps one but not the most successful - we're all here to fight a common enemy... fear

  • @quietcon RIGHT,we are here to fight fear, and by your prev comments about just following orders to stay inder the radar means your still living in fear of some guy in a suit.remeber he should have no autiority over you,i dont remeber him being born in the authority part of the hospital, and you were born on the slave side.

  • @18wheeler76 you're attacking me for a single remark, which you determined to be unacceptable. Are you not trying to make a slave of me by enforcing your views upon me and expecting me to behave the way you decide? Being openly aggressive is not the best way to change a system. If you wish to get personal perhaps you should watch my latest video to at least get an idea of who I am before you continue?

  • Saw this on Mythbusters. They proved that it doesn't work. The cameras would be at a steep angle if you were right by them but as you get down the road (where they are aimed to) the angle is decreased and your plate is still readable. So are the Mythbusters lying to cover up that this item is actually working? I don't know, but I also don't know that the company that is trying to sell me this item is telling the truth.

  • I'm up in Minneapolis MN & now the squads r equipped with a highspeed cam, that reads EVERY VISIBLE PLATE, then relays through the DMV and other agencies to see if you have outstanding fines or warrants(@ least that was the pretext to justify there installation). Basically, it flags the subject vehicle on the squads computer. Next, u r pulled over despite a lack of violating road rules. I imagine they flag many other things as well(political affiliation, past violations, ect)check ur squads ppl!

  • so, if that is a fresnel lense, wouldn't it create some heat when the sun hits straight on?

  • so, if that is a fresnel lense, wouldn't it create some heat when the sun hits straight on?

  • @mercyboocoup

its only half of one really, so it doesn't have a real focal point. It's not an issue.

  • If you're a gator fan you're my hero. LOL!

  • @gatorsfanash

    I'm not a gator fan, I AM a Gator.

    There's a difference :)

  • @thelordhumungous. did you have this on your car when you got pulled over?

  • Awesome "Double Rainbow" reference.

  • thats a good idea... keep em guessin...kinda like 007's plates...

  • Years ago in Virginia they had a personalized plate called "Autumn Leaves" that depicted just that...before long the state realized that the very busy color pattern was obscuring many of the letter and number combinations...so they replaced them with a less-busy pattern... I can't remember if it was a mandatory trade-out or not...haven't seen any of the originals since then....tickles me to think there are still the hold-outs driving around creating mayhem with the cameras.

  • @999manman I Think VA still has that plate!! Hah!

  • @savgal1211 They have a version of it still ( along with about 100 other various commemorative plates ) but I have yet to see an original still in use.

  • Also a 'No-No' in Florida...

  • No go in NY. Vehicle and Traffic Law says plates my not be covered with plastic, glass, or any other clear material. NY VTL 402, paragraph b) ... shall not be covered by glass or any plastic material, and shall not be knowingly covered or coated with any artificial or synthetic material or substance that conceals or obscures such number plates or that distorts a recorded or photographic image of such number plates...

  • i want to get this but i am sure va cops will get on my ass about it.

  • Looks cool. But in the state of Pa, ANY cover of any kind on your plate is illegal. Keep up the great vids

  • Well I have read KY's laws on this matter and only thing I have found as long as its legible and illuminated I am good to go!

  • I'm sure this is illegal in every state. you can not obstruct your license plate in any state without getting a very large fine.

  • @TheXxxRIPPERxxx You're not obstructing your license plate, if they need your license plate number all they gotta do is get behind you... Proof in that is his last video when he got pulled over. None of that video says anything about the police saying they couldn't see his plates...

  • @SupaFlyFatGuy859

    True, they never mentioned it.

  • Anyone know how to tell if it's illegal in what states? We drive through KY and TN all the time and I have no idea if it's legal here.

  • +1 on the double rainbow reference.

  • I see they didn't arrest you yet.. :) any updates?

  • @cmobley69

    haha yeah I'm still free

  • @TheLordHumungus actually freer than most.. Loved that vid.

  • @TheLordHumungus actually I have some mucho respect for you sir..

  • Dont you just hate all those cameras in your face on the turnpike? :) How about google maps where you can see you car and plate right in your driveway.

  • @robbynelson3

Yeah that stuff is kinda scary

  • Are you in FL? A Gator?

  • @robbynelson3

    ALL DAY

  • Thats cool, but they're illegal here in NC :( ...will get you a $100 fine, which becomes $240 after court costs
