Well, I got up to the last part, created all the necessary files, but I can't get the actual character onto the fighter factory sprite page...

Like, I can't see the character moving around, do I need more than 1 sprite at a time?

Does Fighter Factory make .gif from sprite sheets or does it make videos from sprite sheets??

How in the fuck do I make the background invisible. It seems no tutorial on earth has that fucking question answered. I'm getting really frustrated here....

Put the background colour meant to be transparent in the bottomright block, and ti will work.

Use KFM as a base, build upon that.

@asadwildrex I can't find 98 sprites of Kyo on any of my favoruite sprite databases. Your best guess is to rip them yourself. Otherwise you can use the .air file of 98 kyo that has already been made for MUGEN.

My sprite doesn't have the transparent color as the last color and I have no idea how to move it. T_T

@FlashFireEX open the palette menu, click your transparent colour, click any square in the right palette(which should be all black), click transfer colour. Now transfer the colour back to your left palette in the bottom right corner, and transfer a black colour(0,0,0) to cover the transparent colour square in your platte that was in the wrong place :3

MELCHIOR YOU IDIOT! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! BACKWARDS SPRITES? NOT KNOWING HOW TO SELECT ALL THE COLOURS IN A PALETTE?! (HOLD SHIFT! NOT CTRL!) LEAVING THE BG COLOUR IN WITH THE NORMAL COLOURS THUS DUPLICATING IT?! AND EARLY ON ALL THAT SEIZURING WTF?!

I know you're trying to help out the channel, but saying there was no other way of selecting all colours in the palette was what pushed me over the edge. This reaked of fail. BC's original tutorials were not perfect, but they were better than this!
